      On Sunday October 6th 2024 N.K. Moving Solutions came to my address at 9:18 am Moved my 75" TV couch king-size mattress entertainment stand and dining table when they delivered it they destroyed the entertainment pulling it apart and knocking of 2 legs of the couch when I plugged my tv in just to check it I discovered they destroyed the screen then I reported to the company who blamed me and told me there's nothing they could do This company has refused to work to remedy any of this

      I was given incorrect information. Paid for extra boxes and packaging that was not disclosed to me. Employees would not give me info regarding my belongings. Left several messages and only once someone returned my call. I was harassed and told I was argumentative because I asked question s that ***** wanted to answer. Upon arrival of my furniture and unpacking, there was a broken, broken glass vase and container, kitchen table dented and chipped and scratched as well as chest of drawers.Rudeness and unprofessional manner of communication. Delivery time was unreasonable from FLorida to ********* after I was told probable 5 days. It took 10 days and sat in FLorida for 8 days to be moved and apparently tossed around.In good faith I paid the total once my items were packed and loaded. They took their time for sure. Also, I wrote checks to 2 different companies. And receipts reflect a total of 3 companies. Lies.

      I contracted the moving company Navistar *** Lines LLC for a moving from ******* ** to ********** **. with 2 separate estimates and contracts. the first is reference#Y2469407. Pick up date was on 06/06/2022. The estimate and contract said 300 cf for a 6 dining chair, 1 dining table, 1 dryer, 1 washer, 1 ****** bed, 7 plastic drawers large 7 suitcases 3 tvs. They picked up everything less 2 suitcases for a total of 5 and 1 TV for a total of 2 Tvs. When the carrier arrived he said that they need extra 300cf because the ****** bed, the bed is not 300cf and they picked less things than estimated, but they charged me extra $1,700 for the "extra space" of the ****** bed, I called the ************************* line and a rude lady said to me that I had to pay because it was a "special ****** bed" obviuously the bed it not 300Cf. I wasn't agreed to pay for that so they were going to unload all my things left on the street if i don't pay, so I had to pay. Today is July 15th more than a month ago and I haven't had my things in Florida, I had called them several times but there is never an ETA or answer, they just says that the carrier will contact me 24 hours prior arrival. I had to buy things to replace all the damage that they are doing to me and my family.I tried to cancel the second order but I had payed a deposit and they said they don't do refunds.The second contract was the reference #Y2465038. The estimate included 412 Cf 4 bar stools, 1 bed full, 1 bed king, 2 bike, 5 medium size boxes, 2 desks, 3 dressers, 4 night stand, 5 large plastic bins, 1 sofa 2 love seats, 1 sofa regular, 1 tv flat screen, 1 tv stand, 1 table coffee. They didn't had to transport the plastic bins nor the bikes. They are charging 300cf extra, and they are charging $1,000 for "origin destination fee" I call customer service and they said the extra $1k is because I had added the plastic bins and and the bikes before, i told them they didn't picked those up, and they tell me that I have to pay.

      I hired a broker that hired a moving company to move us from ******* to Florida in May 2022. Delivery requested 5/26/22 to our storage unit. Four times we were promised Delivery that never happened. Broker keeps telling us that they have no updates on where our belongings are or Delivery possibility.
