      Received literally 100s of spam emails and 453 spam texts from newsmax without ever subscribing nor ever providing them with my email address or phone number. This started in September 2024.Tried to unsubribe from emails over 50 times, and replied "stop" to texts numerous times.Ended up blocking them, yet I see their spam texts and emails still accumulating in my junk folders.

      I never signed up to my knowledge but have attempted to unsubscribe to Newsmax emails via their link in the email. I've also attempted to sign on directly to their site. Both fail and connect to nothing to initiate that action. The texts coming daily don't even have an option to reply Stop to prevent future texts. Related email and mobile number is above.

      I keep getting emails from NewsMax multiple times a day. I have hit the unsubscibe button multiple times and it won't stop the emails.

      I bought stock on March 16th at before the *** a $10 a share it was funded through my credit card and charged to NewsmaxOn March 26th it said Ms *** did not accept my purchase as the original group of shares was sold out and yet it went to Newsmax they still have my money I have not gotten a refund and I'm reporting them to the *** the Ohio Attorney General and the BBB very unethical I basically Finance the owners stock byDate of experience: March 16, 2025Edit

      On April 1, 2025, the funds were credited back to their account. Our agent advised to contact the bank to confirm the status of the refund as everything has been done on our end and there isn't anything additional that we can do as funds have been fully refunded.

      I have unsubscribed to emails from NewsMax countless times over the past several months. No matter how many times I unsubscribe and delete their emails, my inbox is still flooded with NewsMax emails. I want to be removed from their email list.

      Newsmax is spamming me with emails, and the "unsubscribe" option they have set up is fake. This is a known issue that everyone has with them.

      Got a email saying that Newsmax went public. Have been waiting for awhile. So it connects me to the Newsmax site. Im under the impression its them. I find out its Deal Maker. I feel that this is fraud. Im 70 years old and feel this was razzel dazzle. Im so upset cause Nobody returns phone calls. I dont even know if I bought Newsmax stock. Im not savy on this computer stuff I called charge card last night when I realized this is a scam. How stupid am I. ******** said I cant do anything till it posts to my account. I now that there is a stipulation 48 hrs for cancellation but I cant get ahold of Newsmax or deal maker. I cant adored a 5000 scam. I really thought I was buying Newsmax stock. Newsmax should root out these scammers!
