This company continues to bill my credit card after I canceled the service and after multiple disputes with the credit card company. The credit card company asked them to willingly refund the money and they disputed the charges with the companies bank that they process credit cards with. After that occurred they rebilled my credit card again. I have to redispute the charges again I guess until the bank decides to get rid of them and prevent them from processing credit cards anymore. The company advertises Virtual Offices. This company is using a UPS sore and calling it a virtual office. They clearly do not know what true virtual office is and continue to advertise and bill for this service. There are no offices or conference rooms.Business response

Opus strives to offer high quality service to our clients who can then conduct business almost anywhere in the world without a fixed office location. Your accounts were signed up for six various companies. Three accounts were signed up at our premium location and another three accounts were signed up at one of our mail service centers. The sign-up process indicates the type of virtual you are signing up for and displays photos of each. **** **** ***** Boulevard shows a mail store while **** ******* ****** shows as an office with meeting rooms along with a photo of the actual building.
