            They were supposed to do a dental procedure to my mother on Monday April 4th - 2022. While we were submitting all the information to get a loan in the financial office they suggested, they asked me to pay $1,000 in advance in order to set up the surgical appointment. I paid that money on March 24 - 2022. On Wednesday March 30th - 2022, I texted the person who was taking care of me in that business, telling him that the loan has been denied. I had no answer at all. On March 31st - 2022 I emailed them saying we did not get the loan and obviously we will not be able to go and get the dental procedure, and I had no answer again. I emailed them asking for a refund of my $1,000 and I had no answer again. Since they denied the loan, I haven't gotten any answer from them regarding the refund of my $1,000. Actually they haven't answered any of my emails, text or phone calls I made after the loan was denied. I just need my money back because obviously I haven't gotten any of their services.

            This place is Wonderful, fantastic Drs and very professional staff, I only wished I had known about them much earlier. Costs are lower , quality is the best and very affordable to my wallet. Its been more than 8 months since my initial visit and every thing is more than I ever expected. I looked at nearly 30 institutions before I decided on ********** and am very grateful to ********************* and his staff. Please don't waste your time looking around just call and speak with them you wont be dissapointed.
