I was dealing with them when they were in ******** many years ago. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I made numerous transactions with them and not once was I ever disappointed. I always received top dollar for my gold.

I mailed them my jewelry and was given a very low offer. They agreed to return my jewelry, signature required. I received a notice they could not deliver it and realized it was sent to my old address. I have not lived there for six months and I provided them with my current address. They admitted they looked at old correspondence and sent it to the wrong address. It has been three weeks and I still do not have it. I'm expected to drive 30 miles away and hope the post office from my old neighborhood has it. The worst service and company I have ever dealt with.US Gold Buyers

Customer received an offer for her jewelry based on the weight, purity, and our advertised payout that gets updated daily on our website. On 6/27/22, customer declined our offer. On 6/28/22, customer's items were shipped back free of charge, insured,with signature required via USPS as promised. According to the USPS tracking, they attempted delivery 7/5/22 and left a notice.Customer picked up her package from her local post office on 7/13/22.Although customer's package was shipped to her previous address that we had on file, the Post Office forwarded it to her new address.C. I had provided my current address so there was no reason to ship it to my old address. I have not lived at that residence for eight months. She admitted she used the address from old correspondence, not the information I provided the same day she shipped it. The representative I was working with said she confirmed with the post office where to pick it up. I drove 20 miles out of my way to the post office I was advised to go to, and they did not have it. I then had to drive several miles to another post office in the hopes they actually had it. I'm grateful they did. In addition the response of, "If it isn't there after 30 days they will ship it back and we will resend it" seemed very unprofessional. It was a horrible experience and a lot of time spent for a very careless mistake.Review fromJames W
