Very happy with the concierge service and fast communication. I was able to start looking at homes I was interested in with an agent quickly.

False advertisers I went to a townhouse community (*************************** ) in ********* and they stated floor to ceiling windows heated pools and breath taking views. They couldnt be more wrong.no pools!.no floor to ceiling windows. Definitely no breath taking views at least no positive breath taking views. Trash is littered everywhere and you hear cops going up and down constantly no way does it look even safe.

This is not our property listing.  Brokerage websites like ours that host property listings for property owners and their real estate agents, via the ************************* are not the party entering or responsible for the listing information.  Please see the disclosures and disclaimers on or website and allow us a moment here to explain why and how property listings on real estate brokerage websites like ours work.  The information shown on our website (and so many others) is put onto it by a third party. The property owner lists their property with a Listing Broker and their Listing Agent, and then the Listing Agent enters in the property listing information into their ************************ ("***"); then, that ************************* in accordance with the advertising selections made by the owner and the Listing Agent, syndicates that property listing information onto its subscribing brokerages' websites via an automatic data feed (called an IDX data feed, or ************* Exchange feed).  In summation, we did not put this information directly onto our website, the Listing Agent and their *** fed the data automatically onto it via our IDX data subscription with that *** - which is why we have disclosures and disclaimers concerning the information shown displayed on our website accordingly, since we cannot control the accuracy of what data is being transferred over.  If there is false advertising, the Listing Brokerage, Listing Agent, and the property owner who entered in this information as true and correct are directly responsible for inaccuracies showing on the brokerages' websites who receive the data from the **** For this information to change and stop appearing on our website and hundreds (or thousands) of others, The Listing Agent or Listing Broker must directly edit the information in their *** (the source of this data) as we do not have access to change the information ourselves - again, we receive the listings automatically through the *** and do not manually input any of the information.  The complainant must contact the Listing Agent and Listing Brokerage who are responsible for inputting the property listing information into the *** (and onto the ***'s subscribing websites).  If the address of the townhouse is provided to us, we will provide the Listing Broker and Listing Agent's contact information so the complaint can submit a new complaint directed toward the responsible party who input this information.  We can also contact them as well to complain, because we certainly do not want false information being automatically fed onto our website.  We are so sorry this happened to the complainant and do appreciate that it was brought to our attention.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  A few things in response to this review:

      1. The home is not being sold by us nor do we claim that we brought a contract for it.  All listings shown on our website disclose the name of the Listing Broker/Agent, along with their contact information. It is important to know that the *** publishes their listings onto our site automatically with this data - along with the current, applicable listings statuses (New, Active, Under Contract, Pending, Sold, etc.) - with permission from the owner via a signed Listing Agreement. The owner of the home pertaining to the listing and specific *** number *****ed written permission for their agent to put the listing onto the ***, and for the *** to publish it via direct IDX data feed onto the websites of subscribing real estate brokerages.  We are a subscriber to that ***.

      2. To reiterate, we do not manually add property listings to our website, nor publish anything without permission.  Again, if the listing data/photos of the reviewer's property appear on our website (and others), it is because the Seller of the relevant listing and *** number gave their Listing Agent permission to publish them on the *** (in a signed Listing Agreement) and for the *** to syndicate them to their subscribing brokerage websites via direct IDX data feed.  We are a subscriber to that ***, so with permission from the Seller at the time it was listed, the *** published to data on our website and all websites of brokerages who subscribe to their *** data.  With that said, Sold listings will appear as the data gets updated when changes are made to the listing in the ***. If the homeowner in connection with that specific *** listing did not ***** their Listing Agent permission to publish it on the *** and/or for the *** to syndicate the listing onto the websites of its data subscribers, then that is something the reviewer should track down, and reach out to Listing Agent or *** about. We are certainly happy to help them with that how we can.

      3. Despite the proper permissions having been *****ed, we do have handy features on our website that allow people to request the photos and listing data of their property be unpublished, regardless.  There are two ways people can do this on our website.  Website users can either use the "Claim" button near the listing's page to claim that they own the property and request the pictures/data be removed, or they can click the general contact button which is in the same area of the page ("Contact") and simply send us a message with their request.  Perhaps the reviewer did not see these options, but they are there.  We are happy to send a screenshot to show you where (we do not see a place to upload it here).

      3. We are always willing to accommodate people's requests with respect to removing listing data and photos of their current home, even if permission was *****ed by the Seller to have their Listing Agent to publish the data/photos on the *** and syndicate them to subscribing websites such as ours.  We are happy to help the person who sent this review, but we do not have any information on the property address nor a record of being contacted for any help.  Please ask this person to reach out to us for assistance, or for any clarification they need about how/why their property appears on our (and many other) brokerage websites.  We are happy to explain in greater detail and help them prevent it going forward (they would need to adjust permissions *****ed within the Listing Agreement they sign), and of course to help with getting the listing data/photos off our website as soon as possible; but if the listing is still Active or Under Contract/Pending, the listing settings would need to be adjusted in the *** by the Listing Agent (we are happy to provide guidance on that as well).

      Very truly yours,
