    This is to inform that I paid a 50 percent deposit and sent back all paperwork for accordion shutters on June 4, 2024. It is now almost two months later and when sending a follow up email to the owner, Steven Sellers on 7.17.24 about the status I received no response. I called the office multiple times with no answer. Then I got through to **** ***** on 7.18.24 who answers the phone lines and paperwork and she claimed that the owner Steven Sellers sent me an email and she was out of the office. At that time I had not checked the email yet and asked her for an update since I have her on the phone. She said she would have the owner Steven Sellers forward the email to her since she wasn't copied on it and check the status and call me back and I haven't heard back from her since. Through suspicion from not hearing anything from the company and no status updates since collecting my deposit on June 4, 2024 I decided to call the Building Division for the City to find out what date the permit was filed and the status only to find out that they have NO RECORD and NO PERMIT WAS FILED. This is very concerning and misleading as to what is going on with this company 'Steven Sellers Contracting Inc. All Hurricane Services (AHS)' and why they have taken my deposit, not filed a permit, and are unresponsive about the services that I paid for. They should fully refund the deposit in the amount of 2,169.37 since they're not fulfilling the work that the customer is paying for and agreed to and have not provided proper customer service or good faith on the service.
