    I bought a Halloween mystery box from them and never received shipping information for ten or eleven days. I checked my status on my profile on the website and it just said that I had ordered the item. No shipping updates, no label created, nothing. The listing in the shop also didnt say anything about it being a preorder or delayed shipping times. There is also no info on their site on when orders ship. I filed a refund request through ****** and it was granted. Then magically the box was showing shipped and delivered today and per ****** I had to return the refund. My box included almost no Halloween items, and were all cheaply made and low quality. Id read reviews that said the Halloween mystery boxes pretty much included everything in the ad pic, but the only things Halloween-related were a face mask, a squishy, some socks, and a cheap pouch. The bulk of the other items makeup, candle, jewelry were NOT Halloween related, and I had been looking forward to the items that I didnt get. Im only able to keep/use a face mask I could have just bought myself for way less. $30 down the drain for one face mask and a box of trash. Definitely feels like my box was purposefully put together like this because I opened the case with ******.

    I've subscribed to several sub boxes over the years and this is the worst one by far. The items are typically cheap and of low quality. My biggest issue though has been the constant repeat items. They repeat their inventory about every 5 to 6 months so if you have a subscription for that long or buy it monthly, expect to get the same things over a few months time. Also, their other box, Paradise Delivered is no better

    My subscription was auto renewed without any prior notification. As soon as I got the notification from PayPal that a payment had gone out, I emailed the vendor to ask that the subscription be canceled and that the payment be refunded. I received a reply saying that they will not do that. Had I known that this was going to renew, I would have unsubscribed. I feel swindled and robbed. I disputed the payment with ****** and my case was denied so now I'm responsible for $242 to get more thingsI already have. I wouldn't mind the cost so much if the box was worth it. But more than half the boxes are duplicate items. And most of the stuff is junk now.

    This review is from 2023. I love single swag boxes. I have not had a problem with delivery I have not had a problem period. I love my boxes. Theyre always filled with great treats, and the quality I feel like outweighs the cost of the box each and every time. I love the books. I love the home accessories. Ive not had a problem with any product that I purchased. Everything is great and its one of my favorite boxes that Ive ever received. Its a great company theyre doing a great job and you should give it a try.

    I had Single swag before and the items I got were pretty much garbage so I decided to end my subscription. After a while I saw an advert with a discount for a box so I said what the heck maybe they improved their business, so I gave them another shot. Well I got one box and realized that was a mistake, so I've been skipping every month since. Well this month I got charged even though I have an email that says I skipped March, the customer service person ****** keeps refusing to give me a refund telling me that I didn't skip March and that the email that says MARCH is for ****** however I skipped April as well. They are trying to force their box on people and refusing refunds. How on earth can you force someone to buy something that they do not want? DO NOT GET INVOLVED with this crappy company. You can not contact them via the phone probably because they know they are too shady to deal with their customers personally. Not direct chat either only email, that should have been my first red flag. Again don't get involved with this company. Save yourself the hassle.

    Worst box of junk I've ever recieved! Had a problem with shipping to a new address, my box was returned to sender... after months and months of trying to get them to deliver to a different address, a year later I finally received 2 boxes of complete useless products and junk . Customer ****** is TERRIBLE and the products were worse. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I will get Singles swag subscription box here and there. I only had one issue that was fixed right away. ( A product was damaged in shipping). it was easy to cancel subscription when I needed and easy to resubscribe.

    HORRIBLE!!! Do not subscribe to this box!! They take your money and send you repeat items in every single box. Such a waste. And when I complained to customer service for a refund they said nothing they can do and sometimes they send repeat items. Out of 8 items in my box, 5 were repeat. I canceled immediately!!
