  Terrible company and terrible customer service. GMC roadside dispatched Interstate to pick up my car at my home. Interstate never showed up and claimed they did. They claimed they called when they were onsite which they also did not do. When calling to find out what happened, the service *** would not listen to me and just maintained the notes said they were there, so I was wrong. I was home and no one showed or called. Do not use this company.

  There is a reason this company has only a 1.9 rating. They are horrible and dishonest. I had my car towed in an emergency situation while ******* my wife to the hospital. The driver told me that there would be a $14 surcharge because it was being towed 2 miles over the $5 limit. I was ******* her into the hospital and just assumed that it would go on my AAA bill. When the driver called me while I was in with the surgeon and demanded the $14 I told him that he should have collected from me before he left. The garage owner where the car was towed is a friend. So, I told him to go inside and collect from the owner. He told me that I must pay. I had to go back into the surgeon's office and they impounded my car and charged me over $70 in fees. When I complained to AAA and they checked out my story the owner said that I never told that to his driver. When I got to the impound lot, the owner of the business told me only the driver can pay. This is a really deceitful way to pick up an impound fee as well as an extra tow fee and surcharge. My advice, stay away. They also own a company called City Towing..

  ******* at Interstate Towing *** responded to my AAA call within 10 minutes. He was professional, kind, and operated with excellence while towing my vehicle to the repair shop.

  ****** and ***** are horrible at customer service. They called at ******, and I called back at ****am. They already sent the tow truck away and want me to place another service call. Why I was on the phone with ******, ***** called me at ****am making that the 2nd call. The worst part about this is how rude the are. If they worked for me I would fire them ASAP! Poor representation of a company.

  The absolute worse !!! This fat lazy white guy showed up after I call AAA. He stated that my hood was not secure when nothing was wrong with my car. I just needed my car towed from my job to my home after he put in that the hood was not safe I could not get my vehicle towed. I had to take an Uber $58 each way for three days. If AAA doesnt change this subcontract and company they are going to start losing their customers.

  On November 14, 2022 I called AAA for service, after driving to my destination my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was not able start, they dispatched a service provider to assist me, which was Interstate Towing *** call#***** Firstly, the service provider tried to jump my vehicle with a battery jumper pack, but it could not start, then with the battery jumper pack still attached to my batteries her ran jumper cables from my vehicle to his truck, this resulted is overloading the entire circuits system in the vehicle (the entire vehicle lit up) then the entire vehicle died. Then he left and said that he cannot help us because it is now an electrical problem. We then had to call AAA again to have the vehicle towed.The vehicle ended up at the dealership, they said that the entire electrical system in the vehicle got overloaded by the actions of the service provider which resulted in the Complete Damage to the Fuse Box and frying/destroying the negative cables in the vehicles. The cost to fix the vehicle was $1294.82 which I want refunded, I was also without a vehicle for 2 weeks while the vehicle was in the dealership.

  I called AAA for a tow they subcontracted interstate towing so far I have had a good experience . After reading all the reviews some dont add up. I called interstate towing and the lady who answered the phone was well mannered and addressed what I was calling about..I think a lot of these reviews are impatient and rude first and just like anywhere you come at someone rude your gonna get a rude response. Its not their fault you are having vehicle issues dont take your frustrations out on them a little bit of kindness goes a long way. And as far as the person who said interstate towing hooked up a battery wrong and their car died while driving is a complete lie if you reverse the battery cables it would of never started and probably fry the vehicle cpu. The alternator killed the battery.. thats why the battery was dead in the first place.

  Interstate towing showed up to tow my truck but it turned out that my truck was to large to tow but the guy still gave an effort and I really appreciated that even though I was able to get my truck towed I would use them again

  I had my 1981 Maserati Merak SS 1 of only 300 cars made in this model.. They picked up from the Lighthouse point area via a call to AAA. I took the time to tape my broken side mirror so that it would not damage the car during transport. The driver took the time to place wood so that it would not scrape the bottom. He loaded the car facing backwards to the tow truck and soft strapped it to get it on the bed. At some point during his drive up to Palm City an Hour 25 minutes north up 95. the hood of my car caught wind, probably from excessive speed. The hood on my vehicle is solid steel and quite heavy to lift. It flipped up and damaged the front of the car destroyed the hood and damaged all the connecting points for the hinges... The force was so strong that it twisted the hood breaking most of the vents on the top side of the hood. It also damaged the lights. I just got off the phone with the operations Manager who said during the call that AAA was handling it... When I told him that AAA told me that the claim was going to be placed on Interstate Towing Boca he quickly said we are denying the claim... I mentioned the speed and he told me that all of their trucks are governed and won't do over 65 mph... I asked on what basis the claim was being denied and he said his driver never touched the car... Googling this company I can tell you that I am not the only car that they damaged and did not take responsibility for. My complaint is with how they handle damage to cars in their care... I left a voicemail, email, and never received a call back and was finally able to get the operations manager on the phone who basically said were denying the claim. This should be covered by their insurance. Very dissatisfied with Interstate Towing Boca for how they handled this incident and AAA should be also be held accountable... out of 120 google reviews.. 2 stars mostly negative. interstate towing boca reviews look it up before your tow...
