    We purchased an entire Cruise pre-paid vacation package from First Class Vacations and paid over $5,000. We were booked for September 2020 and paid $5500.00. We were notified the cruise was cancelled due to Covid, no refund, but could go on a cruise in the future when returned to normal. Everytime we try to book a cruise we are denied and told we are being put in a ****** and if we don't make this cut.... we can book next year and a request for more money is made.

    We booked a cruise and all was as promised. Since then, confusion reigns. Tomorrow someone is supposed to call me. My understanding was, for our fee to join, we would receive trips, cruises, hotels, everything but air fare cheaper. Our first cruise was supposed to be $500+- less than I could get anywhere. I called a few agents and the ship directly and that proved true. That was a month ago. Since then, I've tried to get in touch for our next trip. ****** says they're open, but phone can't be completed as dialed. They are supposed to call me tomorrow. The fellow said, & I talked to him, he had no information about my "membership". So, let's see what happens, if anything tomorrow.

    I ***************************** also booked a Alaskian cruise, Diamond package i paid for all the extras including lemo to the airport. I was promised all the extra trips plus all the so called 10 gift cards. Every time ***** called me i upgraded. Little did i no it was all a scam. Believe it or not they contacted me this year . I ask for my money back. They informed me that was not possible but they could go ahead and book my new cruise. They put me on face time with the president of the company. And of course they started out with how much more money they needed. I informed them i would NOT be giving them any more money. Yes they got me for over 5k, i am embarrassed to say. And guess what i know it's hard for everyone to believe but i have not heard back from them. THEY GOT ME GOOD?? IWish i could leave negative stars !

    I purchased a ****** Package in 2016 and was on a payment plan. I had to extend my timeline due to financial difficulties. Then covid happened after several attempts to contact them. Someone finally responded to me via email by the name of ****** and stated that they would contact me once they resumed with reservations. I never heard back from anyone. I've reached out via email no response. I just want to be able to schedule my cruise or be refunded for the money I've put out. If a class action lawsuit is what it takes to get justice then I'm all for it. But why can't people be fair and upright.

    Booked a Miami dolphins cruise and was promised a meet and greet with *** ****** and ***** ******. It was all bull. Just very long lines no organization and lots of nasty people t b asks ****. Myself and my wife had a great 40th wedding anniversary.

    My name is ******************************* and I also booked a Diamond package with this company. I also paid for different things, including a bunch of gift cards for discounts for hotels and food, etc. It seems to me that they may have been a legitimate company at some point, because my husband and I did get to have the 7 day resort vacation that was part of the Diamond package. However when I tried to reach them to plan the 7 day luxury cruise I was told by both ***** and ****** that due to covid, everything was on hold (including our money)I am very disappointed, to say the least and would certainly like to be part of a Class Action Suit should there be one.For your information ... I few days ago I got a text from a person names *************************************, claiming he was a Senior Concierge with First Class Vacations and to contact him so we could go ahead with the reservation. I called him and left a message. He called me back but now was saying that they won't be taking reservations until ****. I asked him for his bosses information and he would not give me it. Noticing that his number was from the *********** area, I asked him where he was calling from, to which he answered Earth. i am going to call a fraud hotline number to see if we have any recourse If anyone has any further information on this company, I would love to hear from them

    Same here cruise paid then COVID I have been promised my money but just smoke up my behind How do I get in touch with these others for class action lawsuits Im being told now no bookings until **** Just a bunch of BS

    Paid for a cruise. Covid hit and I was told we could book when cruising resumed. I finally got an email stating they would start booking in September. Now they are not returning calls or emails. Who is with me for a class action lawsuit?

    I have paid for and purchased a 7 day cruise. I have called them multiple times to discuss travel time and was first told because of Covid that all cruises had been cancelled. Since then, I have called multiple times and either the number is disconnected or with other numbers nobody answers. I want my money back. Not sure how to get ahold of them and get my money. Anyone have any suggestions. I guess if there is a class action filing I would add my name to it. ******
