    I was not able to get a cable signal from my cable company. (Breezeline). They were not able to fix the problem and said it might be the tv.I called EXPRESS TV REPAIR and they used a computer and said there was a problem with the tv. Even though it was less than a year old. It needed a part which they ordered. The part did not work. Instead of waiting over a week for another part which might not work, he recommended I buy another tv.I purchased another tv on June 16, 2023 for $842.14 (Check #****)After a few weeks, the original problem returned. It was NOT the tv that had a problem.In addition, you cant leave a message with this company and he doesnt answer the phone if he recognizes your number. How do you get in touch?

    I hired them to fix my tv on May 1st, 2023. ******************* showed up to diagnose the problem and quickly claimed he can fix it if he ordered a part, which would take 3-4 days to arrive. It cost $40 for providing the estimate. I paid with a $50 bill. He said he had no change so I agreed to put the extra 10 bucks towards the cost of the part/labor (which was quoted at $175). After 3 weeks of texting/calling with no response, I've come to realize that they're crooks and have no intention of coming back to fix my tv. Upon reading public reviews on this company, every customer seems to be getting scammed in the same manner.

    On 8/25/2022 I received an invoice from Express TV Repair ********** and paid a $165 deposit to fix my TV. *** the technician said he had to order a part. Sept 3rd the part was in and on 9/5 or 9/6 work proceeded. It was determined that I needed another part because of these darck areas in the picture. After calling to find out no voicemail was set up for this company and texting with no further answers and $565 later I cannot watch my television and had to purchase a new TV set. I specifically asked if it could be repaired or should I buy a new one. I was told yes it was very fixable. Very poor business ethics and the feeling of being scammed I cannot recommend this company. Buyer beware.
