They have changed there name to Xpress Auto Transport inc. This is the website ************************************* and phone number 929-543-five zero two zero and they are a complete ****! I signed a contract for $1000 and he said I need to put $400 down on the contract but my shipment for both cars would be $1000. I thought that was weird because when I have gotten my cars shipped before most companies do not take the money until your car is delivered. It was a good price so I went with it! I booked with them on 7/22/24. He booked the driver on 7/23/24. My car was scheduled to be picked up on 7/25/24. On 7/24/24 he texts me saying there is a problem and he can’t find a driver for a contract price $1000. He then says that I can’t get my $400 back that was part of my contract. He was lying the whole time. Once I spoke with the carrier company she told me he booked with them on 7/23/24. Mind you, he said on 7/24/24 that he could not find a driver and that he was sorry and I said you voided the contract I want my money back. I found out through the carrier that she asked for my contact information on the day on booking 7/23/24 but he refused. So this clown calls me the day before my shipment and **** me for $200 more dollars. I have to pay the driver $800 and gave him $400. He kept the whole $400 and wouldn’t keep the contract that we agreed on. Based on these comments they do this to everyone! He has Thomas on the voicemail but the real names are **** ******* and they have a New York address. Based on the carrier they just opened but they simply changed there name so they could keep scamming us! They need to be shut down! Worse experience ever! Once you send the money upfront they want to keep it all and don’t care about the contract. They put you in a situation a day before your shipment so you will have no choice! The worst company is Xpress Auto Logistics Inc. omg I dont know where to start lets start with ******* who had promised me to pick up my car on the 29 or the 30th and my car wasnt picked up until the 3rd after calling him over and over expressing how I felt about the situation my calls we not being answer he send me a text that I should call dispatch and he took my money from my account on the 25 and my car wasnt picked up until the 3rd of the following long story short its been 7 days since my car has been picked up and I still didnt receive my car and the driver is very rude and doesnt even answer your calls and when he does he has a very rude attitude and keep giving you wrong information this is the hardest $1400 Im spending in my life imagine being so rude to someone thats spending there hard earned money this is just very very bad I will never contact this company again they are horrible from ******* to dispatch and the driver.,., I would love a manager to contact me because this is just tooo muchReview from Ali D

I have book shipment from ************, ************ to Brooklyn ******** so driver cancel the order and it charge me $150 because they driver cancel the order, edit call the company and I asked her the general manager LM speak to with the same person, he book the order, and every time I talk to him, he tell me his God hes not gonna give me my deposit back and thats not fairReview from Tamiska B

This place is a complete scam. I spoke with *********************** about shipping my car within 10 days cross country. He was very polite and answered my questions. He even gave me his personal line to call if I had further questions. He told me someone would call within the next 72 to 48 hours prior to my car getting picked up. My car was supposed to be picked up Friday. I called him Thursday since I didn't get any calls from a dispatcher. He did not answer. I called the company number where a lady answered and she told me they didn't have someone yet and she would put my information as priority, she would email and call me with updates, and my car should picked my car up Friday afternoon. Friday comes and I have no email or text, and nobody came for the car. I called Saturday, today, and a lady pretty much said the same thing. It's like they are trained to say someone "should" pick up my car and they would give updates. I asked how will I get a status if someone would come get my car today at 3 pm if they would be closed by 1 pm my time in *********. She had a "it's your problem" attitude. They are closed on Sunday and with them having caller ID, I'm sure they would be ignoring my calls like they been doing. So thanks ***********************, and this company for NOTHING!!!!After calling another company, the company fully explained how the business goes and he said my car had a low bid and that's probably why my car didn't get picked up and that they are ignoring and lying to me because they are incompetent when it comes to bidding the vehicle and fully explaining how shipping car goes. *** really sounded promising. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY XPRESS AUTO LOGISTICS, THEY ARE UNETHICAL On 4/22/23, we signed a contract with Xpress Auto Logistics (XAL) to ship a car from **** to **************). We were told it would take approximately 7 days and the total cost is $1645. XAL subcontracted the delivery of the car to Starway Logistics LLC. The car was subsequently delivered on 7/10/23 ( 6 Days late), at approximately 7:30pm. The driver informed us that the car was picked up on 6/27/23 from **** and stored in a lot located in ************ until 7/5/23, when he started the process of transporting the car, although the car was contracted to be delivered on 7/4/23, to CA. We signed a contract with Xpress Auto Logistics and paid them for their service to transport the car from **** to CA. *** subcontracted the car transportation to another car carrier and accepted no responsibility for the car being (6) days late. XAL did not provide us with any updates regarding the delivery and did not return several messages we left for them regarding the status of the delivery. We had to extend our rental vehicle agreement until our personal vehicle was delivered (6) days late. XAL informed us that they were not responsible for monitoring the status of the delivery or any compensation for the vehicle being delivered (6) days late, even though we signed the contract with them and not the subcontractor Starway Logistics LLC.I would not recommend Xpress Auto Logistics as a broker to transport vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! They are crooks and will lie to you at any cost to get a deal. Was today my car was going to be picked up the next day and it was never picked up. Called to find out what was going on and they told me it would be picked up 2 days later but the price had gone up $600 and they still wouldn't guarantee me that it would be pick up that day. This firm is nothing but a sham. I contracted with them 5 weeks in advance to ship a car from Sarasota to Massachusetts. They had a fair but not low price and assured me that with that much notice they would be able to meet my date (April 24). I communicated with them weekly to reconfirm the plan. When I called the dispatcher on Monday April 24, they had not booked a driver, did not know when they might book a driver and could not conceive of any date that they might be able to accomodate. I drove the car up myself. The final shot from them was "You don't have a clue" versus an apology and a recovery. What a nightmare.Review from Jane D

This was the worst shipping experience I have ever had. The 7 days my two cars were on a trailer up the east coast was a total nightmare. Their customer service is despicable. ******* was the first dispatcher I spoke to and he was so friendly when booking my 2 cars and then when I had a couple valid questions once my cars got picked up and the driver told me he would charge a larger fee for the weight than ******* originally told me and the cars would not be picked up anywhere near my neighborhood like he had originally promised he avoided my calls for 5 days. When I did finally talk to him to ask who to make the check out to he was insanely disrespectful and rude. He was a totally different person from when I originally signed up with him. And then when I was promised the cars would be delivered by 10pm 6 days later to a location 20 minutes from my house the driver went *** so I called dispatch and got ***** the owner and he was the nastiest, rudest person I have ever had to speak to in my life. His behavior and words that he had the nerve to tell me were so unbelievably unprofessional, it was an awful experience. They dont deserve any business, its unbelievable the way they treat their clients who are paying good money for their services or lack their of. They are nasty scammers, steer clear!!Review from Aj M

I would leave a minus number if I could talked to a very nice man on the phone who set me up with a hauler to take two vehicles from ** to SC. Said they would be there on July 7 and they never showed up no call or nothing. I had to leave vehicles behind at another location. Tried calling him but no answer left message and called and called numerous times. Finally three days later someone from office called and set up shipment again. Took seven days to pick up cars and get them to me. I guess you learn go straight to the moving company and bypass shady brokersReview from Winfred E

I wanted a car trucked from ******** to a container pickup in ********* port. I was specific about the info. This logistics company did other wise after charging me and they kept giving wrong information along the way. In a summary, the car was returned to the pickup location after it was rejected at the port because of the companys ignorance. Extra expense for me
