    Call and sign contract with this company on Wednesday march 5, 2025 to pick up a car. I told them Id like the car to be picked up before Friday so I can avoid storage fees. They responded was will get a driver before Friday. Friday came car wasnt picked up Monday the following week, car still having picked up, Tuesday they got a driver, driver went to pick up the car, the business wouldnt release the car because of the storage fees. So I now have to pay the storage fee for the car to be released. They contact me a let me know the car will arrived Wednesday, which I fine, so I take off that day from work so I will be home when the car arrives. Had lots of plan for this day but decide not to leave, so when the driver arrived Ill be there. Driver stated that he call me several times and got know answer so he call Xpress Auto Logistics, to get in contact with me. They all call and never got me, so they texted me. Ive been home all day outside cleaning my car, upon checking my phone I saw the text from them so I text and call back.Come to find out the driver delivered my car to an auto shop in a very shady area, so shady I had to call the cops, I was scared. The shop wasnt an open area are anything where you could drive in. I called xpress and tell them I signed a contract and the area where the driver dropped my car off, is not in the contract and that the driver need to bring my car to the delivered address.I was directed to talk to the manager, he was rude nasty and told me he doesnt want to hear anything from me. They are the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with and I wouldnt recommend this company to know one

    If I could leave negative stars I would!! They were supposed to move 2 vehicles for me today and never showed up! The only corresponding today was because I kept calling them! I was told I have to give a 24 hour notice to cancel so I told them you didn't give me a 24 hour notice that nobody was coming and I cancelled but not before I cancelled my bank card on file with them! They also told me I would get an email confirming my cancellation but still haven't received that!! ***** on this company!!!!

    ????? Excellent Vehicle Transport Experience with Xpress I recently used Xpress to transport two vehicles from ***** to ******* and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial quote to final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Their customer service representative, ****, was incredibly responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process.The quote was competitive and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges. They picked up both cars (a Tesla Model 3 and ***** CR-V) on the exact day promised in *****. The vehicles were carefully inspected, and detailed documentation was provided before transport.What impressed me most was their adherence to the delivery timeline. Despite the cross-country distance, both vehicles arrived in ******* within the promised 7-day window, in perfect condition. The delivery driver was courteous and professional, conducting another thorough inspection with me upon arrival.I appreciated Xpress's transparent communication and professionalism throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful long-distance vehicle transport completely worry-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable auto transport across the country.

    Not sure why they have so many bad reviews I have been working with Xpress for years and they have been amazing company to work with. From communication to dispatching us orders on time. ****** does a great job of always communication if any issues so arise and he solves them super fast. Give them a try I promise you will be happy you do!

    I agree with the others. Its a bad company who lies all the time just to get you to sign their contract and take your money. After you sign the contract, they disappear. Very sad unfortunately.

    The worst company *** ever dealt with. **************** is awful, theyre always defensive and treat you as the worst. First I made the reservation for my car, they sent me the contract and we agree on a deposit, ($250 initially) then two weeks later they wanted to charge more ($340) and they were treating me as I didnt want to pay, saying comments like get the stupid money and call me back. Then after all that having patience, the left it at $250, then pickup date comes, drivers calling saying he couldnt pickup the car on the scheduled date 08/16, that he would need to reschedule causing a delay. I waited for him the next day and then driver calls me with an attitude saying that he would first has to check the cars if he can take them, that if it has a box or something we would have to pay him more, we responded saying *** they said they allow 100lbs, we have that, if you believe theres more we can remove it then he gets to the place and immediately states im not going to take the cars, one is too low, and the other one has so much stuff in it and some other words that are not suitable for this review, he was asking for additional money to take the boxes and take the cars, he didnt offer any alternative and just threatened us with cancelling the order. He cancelled the pickup, because he wanted to, and then we call customer service and they didnt help us, saying they would need to give us a new price since it was our fault because we had so much stuff in the car, when clearly they were the ones that first didnt pickup the car on time, and second the driver didnt want to pickup the cars saying excuses, then I tried to solve the situation with them, just getting back negative responses, insults, and derogatory remarks about me and my family. They refuse to give me any refund, scamming me, and just charging me what they want.

    They have changed there name to Xpress Auto Transport inc. This is the website ************************************* and phone number 929-543-five zero two zero and they are a complete ****! I signed a contract for $1000 and he said I need to put $400 down on the contract but my shipment for both cars would be $1000. I thought that was weird because when I have gotten my cars shipped before most companies do not take the money until your car is delivered. It was a good price so I went with it! I booked with them on 7/22/24. He booked the driver on 7/23/24. My car was scheduled to be picked up on 7/25/24. On 7/24/24 he texts me saying there is a problem and he can’t find a driver for a contract price $1000. He then says that I can’t get my $400 back that was part of my contract. He was lying the whole time. Once I spoke with the carrier company she told me he booked with them on 7/23/24. Mind you, he said on 7/24/24 that he could not find a driver and that he was sorry and I said you voided the contract I want my money back. I found out through the carrier that she asked for my contact information on the day on booking 7/23/24 but he refused. So this clown calls me the day before my shipment and **** me for $200 more dollars. I have to pay the driver $800 and gave him $400. He kept the whole $400 and wouldn’t keep the contract that we agreed on. Based on these comments they do this to everyone! He has Thomas on the voicemail but the real names are **** ******* and they have a New York address. Based on the carrier they just opened but they simply changed there name so they could keep scamming us! They need to be shut down! Worse experience ever! Once you send the money upfront they want to keep it all and don’t care about the contract. They put you in a situation a day before your shipment so you will have no choice! They are straight ******** and I’m going to sue them for emotional distress! Doyourself a favor and do not go to these crooks! I can’t leave the number

    The worst company is Xpress Auto Logistics Inc. omg I dont know where to start lets start with ******* who had promised me to pick up my car on the 29 or the 30th and my car wasnt picked up until the 3rd after calling him over and over expressing how I felt about the situation my calls we not being answer he send me a text that I should call dispatch and he took my money from my account on the 25 and my car wasnt picked up until the 3rd of the following long story short its been 7 days since my car has been picked up and I still didnt receive my car and the driver is very rude and doesnt even answer your calls and when he does he has a very rude attitude and keep giving you wrong information this is the hardest $1400 Im spending in my life imagine being so rude to someone thats spending there hard earned money this is just very very bad I will never contact this company again they are horrible from ******* to dispatch and the driver.,., I would love a manager to contact me because this is just tooo much
