Ive been trying to get my original paperwork from this company for years and Im just not getting it. I wanted to see how much I started with and where they took the money from because I had different accounts and they wont give it to me and they had ****** of my money that the statement it Said cash I called and asked about that and they said it was in case the market goes really bad. I dont lose all my money. I didnt think that made sense but all of a sudden the 6565 wasnt showing up and I dont know where it went so I want my paperwork hardcopy of my paperwork thats all Ive been asking for and Ive been asking this from them for years. I kid not years and they just wont do it then I get I get really angry and tell them Im gonna contact Better Business Bureau then I get a call saying that my paperwork will be there Next day and Im gonna be pleasantly surprised so I opened up the *** next day and all that was there was a change of address form and then two empty folders. They tell me if I dont sign that change of address form. My money is gonna go to unclaimed funds. They know where I am. I emailed them the address and they were supposed to send me hardcopies of the beginning paperwork Not a change of address form with two folders. I dont know what that was about, but thats all I got and Im looking for some help because I want to change advisors now that Im in ************** and I dont like them. I didnt like them from the get-go. It was my ex-husbands idea , so please if you could help me please Id really appreciate it. My telephone number is ************.
