This company gave me the runaround for months took my money told me I would have my license in 2 months it's been 7 months now they never returned my phone calls quickly including emails would take days sometimes weeks to reply.. so now we are now 7 months in and we need to start from the beginning cuz they would not finish our paperwork. This has been a very disappointing company and unprofessional to not return your phone calls and finish what they started.

Respectfully ****, this is not the whole story. We answered every communication, albeit by email a couple of times. You had lists of things we needed to move forward, but never fully provided these. When you did, we gave you an updated list to keep us moving. As per our written contract, it is on you to provide the information in a timely manner. When you came into our office, we sat down with you every time even though you did not have an appointment. At the end after we submitted, I spent time with your qualifier to discuss what would happen at the board meeting.

Unfortunately he is the one who told the board that he was not legally associated with the current company he qualified. That caused the board to give him a continuance to fix the issue causing a delay. We continued to work on the file and made several more updates on the business he already qualified which we were not hired to work on, but did anyway.

Then you stopped into our office unannounced because you had called at 10:20am. At 11am, while we were working on the update, you came into our professional office building screaming our name. You were abusive in your aggressive nature and the words you used. As we share that with other professional offices, they did not take kindly and when you would not leave, they had to call the police. You caused so much commotion and upset, I had to send my staff home which lost us a half day of work.

We gave you a refund for all but the hard costs such as state fees. But continued to work after that giving you the final piece you needed to move forward. You ultimately received your license, but have since posted this review and had your mother call to ask why we kept any of the money. It is not us keeping money. Those were reimbursements for hard costs. Those are items you would have paid anyway.

I thought with a refund and a license, and a police report, maybe you would be satisfied. I am sorry to see you are now trying to hurt my business publicly. I hope ***** **** *** *** does well in its future now that it has its license.
