      In May I ordered 5 bottles of gummies from Well Being Labs. They had a promotional offer of buying 2 bottles, getting 3 free. I received the product on May 31st and was charged for all 5 bottles @ $36.80 each ($184 total). They offered a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied with the product. I sent emails and made several calls to their customer service department per their instructions with absolutely no response. On the packing slip I received with the product, Wellbeing Labs requested to hold on to the product for at least 30 days before returning due to COVID. I shipped all 5 bottles back for a full refund on July 9th via USPS Certified mail at a cost of $17.30. To date (9-1-2021) I have not received a refund nor a response from the company.

      I purchased from Well Being Labs there product to help stop smoking and found out it was false advertising, I sent back the product order #XXXXX and want my refund of 83.00 and they will not get back to me, there number is 844-948-0811 email ****@yourwellbeinglabs.com

      In June I responded to an AD I saw on social media saying that Well Being Labs had been on Shark Tank for a CBD supplement useful to stop tinnitus. The offer was a bottle for 39.00 but it was very difficult to navigate through the website due to the continuous offers to buy more and add to the order. I managed to refuse all other offers and entered my charge card. I felt worried right after I ordered then checked the facts about Shark Tank and found out that these were fraudulent claims. I then checked my CC and saw that it was charged 184.00!! I immediately attempted to call the company and to this day have never been able to get an answer. I have left messages. I then waited the 60 days or whatever my credit card required to file a dispute. In the meantime, the product arrived which I in no way would put near my mouth since I could never trust this product. My credit card returned the money only temporarily but wanted me to return the product-which I threw away-so I am charged back.

      false advertising. I was supposed to be charged 39.00 for a bottle and was charged 184.00. No where does it say auto shipment required. I would've my money back and this needs to not happen to other people. No way to contact company to stop order. Please help

      Hi, I have yet to receive a refund on an order that was processed erroneously and the product arrived defective. The order was placed on 5/31/21 (#XXXXX) and returned within 30 days to an address they provided and in accordance to their return policy. I have attempted to call them numerous times. I've never reached a live person, received a reply or been issued a refund ($184). Today when I called it sounded like the line picked up and then hung up. How do I go about getting my refund processed? This is unacceptable and I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience. I appreciate your time and consideration! Thank you, ****

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 6, 2021/08/17) */ I would like a full cash refund since I returned their products,, and have paid my bill with check number ***** since I don't want my credit affected. How many other people have they done this to? They owe me $211.08. Since they never gave me credit for my return, and I was charged for a late payment!

      I ordered gummies which would help me to quit smoking. Their product was featured on the television show "Shark Tank". I purchased the products on May 27, 2021. I spent $283.95 for 10 bottles of gummies. I took the gummies which contain CBD and melatonin. I had a problem in that the product made me feel sick and dizzy. I have the receipt for the product and was told to "wait at least 30 days to return under Special Covid-19 Return Procedures in Place". My Order number was XXXXX. I returned the product via USPS on June 28, 2020 which I have saved the tracking record. I paid $12.77 to return 9 of the bottles of the gummies. I kept 1 bottle because I used product from that one bottle. I asked for a refund due to not being happy with the product and the results. I have not heard from the company and have not received a refund. I would like my money back as I think this might be a "scam". I can provide copies of my receipts under separate cover. I have to have them scanned.
