  This company is a complete scam. Please do not ever order from here. Their order protection is fake, the order protection website doesnt recognize the order number. Moreover, the shipment company didnt give me a letter where the package was ready for a pickup. Then it went back to the warehouse. I created a chargeback, and then Armra said theyd refund me only if I cancel the chargeback. My bank said this is an indication of a scam, that they will have no intention of refunding me once the chargeback is reversed. And I can never re-open the chargeback if I cancel it. They respond to the chargeback saying its incorrect, and that my package is ready for pickup. Incorrect, the tracking is invalid, went back to their warehouse and that was over a month ago. Such a nightmare. You guys should seriously go out of business. Disgusting.

  I ordered the product offered by this company which is colostrum on *****. I have ordered before from them. This time someone mailed the package out to me but did not put a house number on it. The post office could not deliver so sent the package back to sender. I receive tracking updates on all my deliveries and immediately knew what the problem was and tried to contact them. For two days I did not receive any response. I called the ***** number listed and it says they have no live agents. I had already contacted them by text and email to no avail. Finally I received a response and they admitted it was their error and woul refund my mind which is $165.00. To date, *****, I still do not have a refund. I receive surveys from them asking how I like how they resolved my issue. They havent. It is a bot that responds. I am getting nowhere with them and disputed charge with credit card company.

  I gifted one jar of colostrum to my brother. I proceeded to go online to cancel any subsequent deliveries. Apparently, it didn’t register as the recipient received a second delivery. I tried to have the recipient send back the jar. Refund was rejected. I’m no longer a fan of doing business with this company and have cancelled my personal account.

  Im totally allergic to this product. Gave me severe belly bloat and gas which was the reason I stopped drink cow milk to begin with. Definitely not for me and now Im out a chunk of money I could have bought something that actually helped me. Didnt realize I couldnt return open container after using for less than a week. If youre gonna try it I suggest getting packets first to make sure it agrees with your body. I dont know if its related but I also have a really bad headache and feel like I need the day off to recover.

  I am so angry. I ordered 1 armra and did not subscribe. Then they sent me another jar unsolicited. I hadn't subscribed so I went into the system and it said I was subscribed. I was willing to let that go just incase I had checked something although I know I never subscribed. I unsubscribed. And now again another charge to my card and another auto shipment. I went back into their system and it still said I was subscribed! Unbelievable. I believe I even communicated with them last time, maybe through chat and told them I didn't ask for a subscription. This time I left an angry message in the chat. Civil but angry asking them to cease and desist. I don't know what will happen next month. It is very frustrating. It is basically theft. The product is super expensive. I 've ordered it before without these issues but only sporadically and always on a one-time basis.

  I havent had the same experience as anybody posting the negative reviews. Im on my third jar of the immune revival and Ive had great results. I take 2-4 scoops mixed with water in the morning and on average Ive had more energy throughout the day and little to no bloat during one week each month. No negative side effects. It was clear from the beginning that it was a subscription based model and I still use the free water bottle I got with the first month. Thanks Armra!

  Beware of shady business practices. I attempted to use a coupon on their website. The discount was applied, but my credit card was charged a higher amount. Luckily, I took screenshots of the price discrepancy and was able to cancel the order.

  Every one here is telling the truth. I had set up my account for 60 day autoship in April when I first purchased from them, yet they took $100 from my account in May (in other words- way less than 60 days) and shipped out another bulk order. When I noticed the charge on my acct (mind you this was a few days before it was shipped out) i emailed them immediately- NO RESPONSE. A few days later they email me a robotic response and refused to admit fault on their end. By this time the product has been shipped out. Then they tell me that in order for me to receive a refund i need to ship it back, wait 15 days from the time they receive it for them to "process" the return and then wait another 5-10 days for my bank to refund me. On top of that I would have to pay shipping plus a $6 "processing fee" When I express my frustration to them they became radio silent. It's been over a week and I've only received to TWO (2) responses before they ghosted me. Both of which were of no help. I then decided to go on social media with my concern since I was no longer getting a response...THEY BLOCKED ME. Also, when trying to make the return on their website it keeps telling me my order is not found. I've typed in my order number in every variation possible and NOTHING. Meaning i can't even return the product to them. I am in the process of disputing with my bank now.

  I have been ordering Armra for several months. They just sent a shipment saying I has signed up for the subscription and I had not done that. I emailed ,called multiple times they still charged me for the item and I did receive it but i did not need it or want it as i still have adequate amountfrom the last shipment. . One would think you would have enough employees to serve your clients adequately. Which was their excuse they said basically they do not have enough employees. Very disappointing.

  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! i ordered and received ARMRA's colostrum because they make such amazing claims for what the product does. They normally charge $120 for a small 6 oz container. I got a small discount. After taking it twice, I noticed an allergic reaction with hives on my chin. I ordered the watermelon. Not only did it taste absolutely HORRENDOUS, but it clearly can give one an allergic reaction. I contacted them and asked for a Return Authorization # so that I could return it. Well lo and behold, THE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE ANY REFUNDS. NO MATTER WHAT. Imagine that? i ordered this from a social media ad, and they never explained this. They clearly explained all of the "wonderful" things it does , but no risks. I would suspect at this point, if you go on their website, it now might say it, as my rep, wrote that they used to give refunds, but not any longer. What is this miracle product you ask? Well, it's primarily fruit acid, artificial flavor and stevia!! For a price of $120! There is essentially ONE GRAM of something else that they call proprietary bovine colostrum. ***** Rahal, the young owner, who started her company only few years ago in 2020 says that "this is a simple tool that holds the power to radically transform health for anyone, and advance flourishing at scale, it can get rid of wrinkles, add collagen and you will lose weight. What does that mean.... holds the power?? This is utter FALSE CLAIMS and FALSE ADVERTISING. How can it, just look at the ingredients. Stevia?? Fruit Acid?? Or is it the Artificial flavor? One gram of bovine colostrum will not do anything. I feel like ***** Rahal is on her way to being the next *******************************, who went to jail by scamming customers at her company Theranos.
