5 starsElite Roofing has handled my last two roof insurance claims. Hurricane *** was devastating to the area. Insurance companies seem to always try to deny, deny, deny. Elite stayed with us through a long drawn out law suite of which we eventually won... The new roof was exceptional and installed extremely fast after the long wait. ***** was great to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof. 5 starsElite Roofing replaced my roof, lanai super gutter, and all other gutters. Work was performed in a timely manner and I was extremely pleased with the crew who did the work. Upon completion I pointed out one area where visible flashing was wrinkled. A repair was made promptly without question. Several neighbors have asked for my recommendation on a roofer and I have not hesitated recommending Elite Roofing. 5 starsI have had two wonderful experiences with Elite Roofing. They replaced my roof in 2019 because of hurricane **** damage. At the time , the owner , ***********************, walked us through the entire confusing process, from tile selection to the insurance process. He made the experience very easy and stress free. In the ensuing 5 years the tiles, a blend of colors, discolored, and looked terrible. The manufacturer no longer made these tiles. ***********************, at NO COST TO **, arranged to have the entire roof restored with a painting process. It looks better than new. After 5 years, and a second hurricane, Elite Roofing did not have to assume the responsibility of making my roof right. But they did. I have nothing but positive things to say about *********************** and Elite Roofing. They are responsive, reliable and trustworthy.Review fromBrian H

5 starsElite Roofing did an excellent job replacing our entire roof. We were impacted by Hurricane ***. Elite negotiated with the insurer on our behalf. We felt we were in good hands. Once approved, the roofing crew arrived on time, and we were provided with a timetable describing each job step. The supervisors were polite and knowledgeable. ***************** was always available to respond to questions in a timely fashion. The men on the job were neat and cleaned up the job site after each step of the process. Our new roof is fine and finished on schedule. We needed some additional work after the roof was complete. And when called, ***************** quickly responded and sent a crew to make the improvement we wanted. I recommend Elite and have recommended them to others in my community. 5 starsI had a GREAT experience with Elite Roofing getting my roof and gutters replaced after hurricane ***. They walked me through he insurance process and helped me deal with my insurance company. Their personnel on site were friendly and professional. They left the site clean and clear after each work day. They were also very understanding when I had to delay the gutter installation due to unexpected additional repairs by another contractor were needed before the gutters could be installed. When I let them know that work was done, their crew came out and installed the gutters. And theyve worked with me on the payment from my insurance. Their office staff is knowlegable and helped me put together the documenation package I needed to send ot my insurance company to satisfy them that all the work on my house was completednot just the roof. My Name is *********************** and I am the owner of Elite Roofing and Restoration. This review was just recently brought to my attention so I spoke to the project manager that dealt with **************. I found out that ************** was promised a repair to his roof before the project manager quit my company and stopped returning ************** Phone calls. Our office was never made aware of the repair so we never collected any money from ************** and never started on the promised roof repair. ************** also never contacted our office regarding this repair. When It was brought to my attention I personally reached out and tried to contact ************** multiple times in attempt to address the issue and got no response. With no money exchanged and no goods or services provided I have no Idea why ************** is making such harsh accusations and slandering my company name in this way. It was a simple miscommunication between customer and contractor and I have attempted multiple times to correct the problem.Review fromMaurine G

Unsatisfactory work, dishonest billing, use threats, intimidation. Consumers rely on the BBB ratings of a company. There should be an option for a zero rating. People beware, run fast in the other direction.Elite Roofing and Restoration, LLC

Here at Elite Roofing and Restoration we always put our best foot forward and do our best to make customers happy 100% of the time but unfortunately some customers cannot be appeased no matter what is done. This customer had an insurance claim for her roof and the settlement took longer than anyone involved would have wanted. Because of this, we had to place a mechanics lien on the property until we were able to get funds released to protect our interests. Although this is a normal due process in the contracting world, the customer got very upset about the lien. Although the insurance company delayed the process of funding the job, we fulfilled our contractural obligations, got all funds paid in full by her insurance company and released the lien on her property after everything was completed and the balance was paid in full. I'm not sure where the comments in her review are stemming from as we are a company founded on integrity and providing Elite customer service to our customers and we certainly don't use threats or intimidation as a business practice.
