I purchased the 2015 ***** Civic LX from Super Cars Auto Sales in **************, ** through the owner, ****. I paid $2,525 as a down payment on February 23rd, 2023. **** and I agreed on $150/week on February 23rd, 2023. My payments started on the 6th. March 6th - $151.25 March 13th - $151.50 March 20th - $151.50 **** and I discussed over the phone and in text messages (I have our entire conversation, dating back to the purchase date) that I would pay $100 for the week of March 24th and April 7th of 2023. *** been struggling and expressed this to ****. He made it seem as if that was okay (even said ok in text) but repossessed my car anyways, without any warning. Then proceeded to tell me I did not communicate with him and thats why he took the car. He wont tell me whether or not I can get the car back, and Im currently stranded in a state where I know nobody. **** has no compassion, even though he claims he does, and hes very unprofessional. He should be looked into because he just takes advantage of people for the money. Hes a fraud.
