      My car was towed without a 24 hour notice ,it was parked in a design parking spot I have been living here for over a year the said reason is expired tag ,there was no warning the car is spilling oil .no flat tires and its not hazardous although the gas engine issues which is why we parked until we can get it fixed

      Hello i have alot of mold through out my apartment its nasty i have been very sick my wife has been sick i can't sleep in my bedroom because there is alot of mold

      I applied for this apartment with my section 8 voucher they fully completed the packet and everything and sent it in now before I submitted my application for the apartment I had recently paid off an eviction that was on my credit and I informed this company about it and they asked me to provide documentation that I paid it off in full and thats what I did my housing application was approved and then the next day I received a call from the leasing office stating I was denied because I paid a different amount then what showed on my credit and I explained to them I paid what the debt collector told me I had to pay to settle my account in full and they settled for $2793 and I have proof so basically because I didnt pay what was shown they denied me and I feel that is wrong especially when I have proof of what they agreed on settling for I feel I was done completely wrong I feel that they wasted not only my time but the housing authority time as well I feel they dont have a legitimate reason for denying me and when asked could I speak to someone higher I was told no everything stops with the regional manager and she said no so her word is final I said well she has a boss that she answers to and I would like to speak with them again I was denied that information something has to be done about this its not right I have 3 kids Im trying to provide a roof over there head and Im being discriminated against because of a balance that was settled for a lower amount
