    ********************* was listed as owner of our residence, **********************************************************************************************. Easton Enterprises is the alarm company that was chosen by our *** to service the community. Up until our divorce, in 2021, *****'s name was on all the utilities and service contracts. Upon our divorce, I purchased the house from ***** and notified all utilities and service contracts that I am the new owner.I contacted our ************** Easton, and was informed that I could not resume paying for the ************* until the account under ***** was cleared up; he had been in arrears I was told. Rather than belabor the issue, I made the account current and paid a total of $256. $128 arrears and $128 for 2022.I had complained to our *** in June that I had experienced ongoing problems with the Alarm and had never received a response from Easton each year I noted it on the annual bill. *** told me that I was not supposed to have been paying for the *************, the fee is included in the *** fees! To date, I have paid a total of $513.40 inclusive of an annual 2024 bill of $128.40 to Easton. Subsequent calls revealed that ***** had subscribed to an App on his phone that ***** never cancelled, I knew nothing about, and was being charged to MY card.The owner, *******************, has stated that Easton was never told to cancel the app., so it was transferred to ME. I responded that ***** and I were divorced, I am the new owner, and was to have been treated as a new customer. I have neither knowledge nor responsibility for dealings between my former husband and Easton. I do not have nor have I ever known about any App from Easton.I am requesting a full refund ... Easton is at fault for this billing error.
