On April 26, 2022 I signed the contract and paid a 50% deposit to purchase my kitchen counter tops with Boynton Beach Marble and Granite in Boynton Beach on High Ridge Road. The template was done on April 29th and the installation was scheduled fro May 11th. All of which I consider timely. The cost for materials, fabricaion and installation was $2925. I paid the balance upon the installation.I was so excited to be getting new kitchen counter tops. This company was recommended to me. My experience with selecting my slab with my sales rep was very nice, she was helpful. When the installation was scheduled 3 gentlemen showed up to my home. When they installed my counter tops the counter was over an inch too long. The person who did the template, obviously, didn't measure properly. Unbeknownst to me, they cut through my drywall and into the studs and shoved the counter top through my wall. Once I realized what they'd done, I called repeatedly for them to correct the problem and damage. No one would return my calls except my sales rep. I asked to speak with the manager and owner. They ended up sending two of the gentlemen who had installed my counter top out on May 13th to caulk my wall. They walked in with a roll of paper towels and a tube of caulk. I said that was not acceptable, they need to remove my counter top and fabricate it properly, reinstall it and repair the damage to my wall. I was told the were compensating me by caulking my wall They left without doing anything. After repeated calls to rectify the situation, eventually the owner called me back and said this was normal and happened all the time. After I continued to insist this was not normal, he said they would come out and repair it onsite. Ive called back and I havent heard from them again. Ive since paid another contractor to come out and repair the damage at my expense. $600. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I would like to be reimbursed the $600.

On 1/31/22, ******* Beach ************************************************ **** installed 3 new quartzite kitchen counter tops. Job included reducing height of one island counter. Invoice price = $9800. $2000 paid at inception and $3900 prior to fabrication. On site, the workers gouged and damaged the existing cabinet leaving large gaps between island cabinet and tops. They refused to repair and left the job after demanding more money. Person arrived days later offering to put a bandaid on the job. 3 weeks later we informed them of a serious noticeable crack that developed in one of the countertops near the stove, from the wall all the way to the front surface. Person [same as the installer] came and said that we shouldn't have bought this quartzite if we can't accept cracks in the surface.Repeated attempts to have them remove, repair and replace -- or to refund our money -- were not responded to!!!!The work performed on-site on 1/31/22 was sloppy, inferior and deplorable. The workers were constantly making personal calls on their cellphones even while cutting the cabinet and causing holes, gouges and unevenness in the wood. Our beautiful cabinets were ruined by their substandard work. In addition, the original agreement included removal of the old backsplash, which the workers refused to do. And, the overhang on the countertop was to be 10 inches; their installation has overhang that varies from 12 to 13 inches in different places. The materials and services provided by BBM&G were both of very poor quality!!!!We want a total refund of the money we paid because we will incur considerable additional expense in order to employ a reliable company to undo BBM&G's job and to provide new quality materials, repair the damage and properly complete the job.
