Gulfstream management is the company employed to maintain the *************** development in *************, *******.One of the items that they are responsible for is maintenance on the individual property roofs.Over the last few years we have lived there we have noted people on our roof on a couple of occasions walking up and down and pressure cleaning and have had to have two leaks fixed which required a roofer employed by gulfstream to go up on our roof and fix damage causing leak.We were notified by our insurance provider a month ago that our roof had slipped and/or cracked tiles that need to be fixed before they would renew our home insurance in January.We notified Gulfstream of our predicament and were told that they would get a roofer to take a look and decide if it was their responsibility or ours.A week later I saw a roofer on the ********* door and I asked him if he was looking at our roof but he was doing a pre sale inspection on next doors roof.I asked the builder if he saw any slipped or cracked tiles on our roof and he told me there were several.I asked him if there was anything that he could think of that wouldve caused that kind of damage and he immediately said yes, people not taking care when walking on the roof.We have had numerous emails voicemails and text messages to gulfstream management services and they have as yet not answered any of our messages or emails since the one they stated that they would have a look. We now have two weeks to get this fixed and so we are forced to hire a roofer ourselves to come and fix the areas that our insurance state need fixing.Have to talking to many neighs it appears that we are not the only ones that are having issues with Gulfstream Management services, ignorance and lack of responses to our needs.
