    They did my roof , didnt cover the roof during a week if rain. Owners excuse in text and email was he blamed Wellington where I live for taking too long . Had lots of damage to ceilings floors and walls which are still leaking today . Then he filed a lien on my house because the repairs exceeded what I owed . Then told me to speak to his lawyer . Of which he doesnt answer either . Buyer beware

    Roof Replaced in November 2019 by Seabreeze Roofing. Received 10-year warranty. May 2020, had an incident in dining room with massive leak. ********************************* admitted after a few weeks that the leaking roof was his fault because next door neighbor's roofer knew him and explained exactly what happened. With *********************************** authorization, I got a contractor to fix walls, but he would not pay them until I had to get involved. July 2022, we noticed there was a leak coming from the ceiling in our middle room and it caused wall and floor damage. After further examination, it was leaking in the front bedroom as well. We called Seabreeze to look at the damage and he came over, but did not go on roof to inspect. He emailed to claim it was stucco repair that caused the water intrusion. I knew this was not the case, but we decided to get it done because he would not look at roof. Soon after, I called Seabreeze Roofing and told them the roof was still leaking. They refused to come over to inspect roof and eventually blocked my telephone calls. I hired an attorney thinking ********************************* would be reasonable and cooperate to at least fix his mistakes. He would not cooperate with attorney, so we moved forward to get roof fixed by Hercules Roofing, mold remediation, dry wall, ceiling and flooring. ********************************* is totally unreasonable and would not cooperate. He did not want to honor his warranty or cooperate with my attorney's email correspondence.We have incurred in excess of $22,000 in order for our home to become whole again. To add insult to injury, we have not recovered any money . This would have all been avoided if ********************************* of Seabreeze Roofing & Sheet Metal *** did the job correctly in the first place. It would not have been necessary to occur this financial and stressful hardship if we went to a reputable company. I contacted *********************************************** today as well that regulates them.

    A new roof was installed and completed December 2020. A roof leak was discovered on 09/13/22 and contact was made, a technician came out, and used a garden hose to shoot water on the a window (no water was coming in while he was doing that), The technician left and told me that someone will call me in 24 hours.Sept 15th we contacted the office only to be told that the issue is a window leak (which it is not), the window was checked, caulked and re-caulked since then and the water is still coming in.Numerous attempts have been made to contact the office, and we were told ******* would call us back, and when she didn't we tried again on October 11th to make contact with the office, and *********************** up the phone.Be very careful of a roofer who does not stand by their product. I will be filing a complaint with the building department, and **** to try to get a resolution.

    I am rejecting this response because: I now have two leaks, one in the fmaily room, and one in the garage. It is determined that is not the window as the roofing company is stating. This roof is new and I have a warranty and I am requesting the owner come out and assess the roof leaks for a second opinion

    I am rejecting this response because: The answer is unnacceptable. How can a company who installed a new roof, that is leaking, when asked to look at at it, as we have a 30 year warranty, simply say "No". This is the height of unprofessionalism, and we are in the process of filing a complaint against the license holder with the ****, and with the ************************** Department where the permit for the roof was pulled.

    I had the most terrible and depressing experience with SeaBreeze Roofing. Not only did I go through all the stress I didn't have to go through, but it also cost me $15,000 more to fix what they've done.I hired SeaBreeze Roofing and paid them almost $12,000. Last July 2021, the contract with them was signed. They tore off the roof by August, and September was the installation, but they didn't wait for the complete approval process and were missing HOA approval when they did it. I was away for a family trip in August and September, so no one was at the house during the tearing off and installation of the roof.Been trying to contact them ever since HOA required re-roofing. They've been unresponsive ever since and didn't bother to do some reconciliation with what they did. I had to take full responsibility for their mistake. I had to get another company to re-roof since SeaBreeze Roofing didn't offer me anything to reconcile their mistake. HOA put me on a very tight timeline to either re-roof or legal actions would have been taken against me. Getting a new re-roofing company ended up costing me another $15,000. At this point, I had to involve legal help to reach out to SeaBreeze Roofing; up to today, they are still unresponsive.My mental health took a toll with this whole experience. I do not wish what happened to my family to happen to anyone else. SeaBreeze Roofing should be held responsible for what they did, and I'm sharing my experience with you to ensure they don't do this to anyone anymore.

    The customer requested a specific roof color. We performed all work per the customer request. The contract was performed per the customer request. If the customer does not abide by the CUSTOMERS community associations rules and regulations that are provided to them before during and after closing on their property. The customer is negligent. The customer paid for and accepted the product that the CUSTOMER chose. The CUSTOMER's relationship with the CUSTOMER'S home owners association is the CUSTOMERS problem. SeaBreeze Roofing & Sheet Metal, **** is not the CUSTOMERS babysitter. Cash me outside. Playaboi.
