    I used ********************************** one time and then canceled my subscription. Since then I've been charged multiple times and just today had another $1 charge from them. To say I'm upset is an understatement. Please refund me and also delete my account in full this time. Thank you.

    Person ********************** withdrew $49 dollars out of my account. A fraudulent activity with the area cod *********** And when I tried to send a complaint to their web address. It a no go. Their address is **************************************************Matter is unresolved.

    I received my bank statement and October 1 had 1.00 charge from ********************************** I tried to find out how to stop this im 67 years old don't know to much about this stuff ..my granddaughter found number and called and called never no answer she sent mail on her computer nothing back then on October 16 I had ***** charge on my account .. I now have no phone couldn't pay it due to money gone . I'm on fixed income my money already gets stretched... now someone taking it and won't answer when call. it cost ***** to cancel there site online crazy just crazy ... I'm not paying any kind of money when I didn't even order this .

    peoples searcher has been taking random amounts of my money every month and its not a membership fee. the membership fee is ***** a month and im not a member. but sometimes its .** **** some its a dollar and some are a 1.50 . it might be once a month or twice on some months. i did not authorize any kind of debit for that matter. if theyare doing this to me they are doing it to others..?

    I only used there service for one day if u don't get that money back my rent check is going to bounce I didn't want the service didn't use it when I tried to cancel they sent me to people ********** they told me it was cancelled then people searcher took my money could you please get my money back on my cash app card thank you call me at ***********

    I contacted ************************** on the phone number provided on the website after being billed $39.99 August 27th because I thought I already canceled the service after signing off for their trial for $1 and was unable to find the person I was looking for on their database she went ahead and made sure my account canceled and gave me the confirmation number which somehow there's absolutely no emails from this company whatsoever in my inbox or outbox which they emailed me a link in order to get a refund that they said I had to fill out the form and mail it back into them and they woulld send me a refund without a problem I express my concern that I did not have a printer and they said that's fine I could just write out the information that was on the form and just mail it in that way which I have done twice now and I have followed up with them three separate times and they said they have it yet to receive my request I confirmed the mailing address was the correct one that I sent both letters or requests to so both letters were sent to the correct address requesting my refund and they deny any such requests have come in I asked for another way to submit this form and she hung up on me I just want my $39.99 back it was sent to me for a family emergency and I've canceled this subscription twice now I can't find the emails at this time but I wrote it down somewhere and I will find it with the cancellation number if needed but I am extremely upset over the situation and just want my money back like they said they were going to do
