I have visited this clinic at ************************************************************************************** in mid March 2023.I had symptoms of urinary track infection and sample of urine was taken from me and sent to lab. I am currently getting bills from Labcorp (I did provide above office with copy). Since Labcorp is not linked to my insurance (Quest lab is as clearly indicated on my insurance which was billed for that very office visit) therefore my insurance refused to pay for the test. Again, this office/clinic did take and bill my insurance yet did not send the sample to lab associated with it? Why? When I called today to ask I was told they only send it to Labcorp???Why wasn't I told about it and therefore had option to go to Quest and had it done there? All I needed to be informed and given a clear option. I have a very good insurance and all would have been covered. Instead I am getting bills!Why, when I called today (after visiting this office yesterday and waiting patiently to speak to someone in charge who never showed up and never called back) I was totally dismissed by a person named ****** who was interrupting me, would not listen to my complaint and when asked for his last name HUNG UP ON **** should not be responsible for a bill I should not be paying to begin with!I hope people are warmed about this type of practice. This facility should either take ones FULL INSURANCE OR NONE! ****** care is expensive and this is total disregard for our time and money. They just don't care.I guess losing a customer/patient is not a big deal. Lets hope - for the sake of others - the word goes out and others find more reliable and honest providers than MedExress in ************* **
