    Air & Heat, Inc. has been maintaining/servicing my central air system for six years from 2017-2023. On 6/16/23, they dispatched a new, inexperienced tech to my home for a scheduled routine maintenance service. The tech recommended I get a new capacitor. He replaced it, but he was on the phone with his manager because he was having issues with readings. It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing. Air & Heat sent the same tech out two more times. I spoke to ******, the manager. ****** said I had ductwork problems because the tech told him that was the problem. ****** offered to come out to my home to check my ductwork, but he never called me back to discuss the matter. On 8/23/23, I contacted another a/c company to inspect my unit. They said the condenser coil needed replacement due to massive dirt buildup. I contacted Air & Heat and said that they never informed me during any maintenance visits that there was dirt buildup on my condenser coil. My service records with them indicated they inspected the condenser coil during the six years with no maintenance or recommendations regarding the condenser coil. Other companies showed me there was little to no maintenance performed. Finally, Air & Heat agreed to come out and clean the condenser coil. ******, in their office, rescinded the offer claiming I was argumentative and uncooperative with her. She did not want to send a tech to get verbally attacked. As a loyal customer, I was the one who felt disrespected and verbally attacked. I told her that I always treated every tech with respect. Any of those tech would attest to the same. Air & Heat was completely negligent regarding the maintenance issues with my unit. I would have addressed the problem promptly to avoid any further damage to my unit if they alerted me of any issues. Air & Heat's negligence left me with a financial burden to incur costly expenses now.
