    I would not recommend this company. Our house was flooded and we were able to get back in our house after 6 months. The work was of poor quality, especially the paint job with the wrong color and plenty of peeling paint before we even moved back in. It was extremely difficult to get an itemized bill and when we did, it included many items that ****** did not do. He wanted all of the insurance money whether he did the work or not. When we recognized how poor the quality of the work was, we had them do less than originally intended. When we questioned the bill, work was stopped and then we were threatened with a lien on our property. Generally, the response times were great even during the evenings and weekends. But there were times that we got no response for up to a month from our supervisor. At a very stressful time for us, they added greatly to our stress, and we still have lots of issues to resolve with our house.

    Very skeptical hiring contractors after a storm but Recon helped me, rather than took advantage of me, in my time of need! Great team there and extremely knowledgable with the insurance process.
