    This company is wrongfully pursuing suspension on my driver's privileges for an event that was completely out of my control. And they knew this before attempting to suspend my license. Now I have to prove to the BMV that this company lied in the first place and that there was insurance on file at the time of the accident which they already knew. And I sent them a copy of the case. I was the owner of the vehicle and the driver was operating without permission leading to my insurance to deny the claim. Financial responsibility falls on the driver at the time and they have the correct drivers contact information and still threaten and inconvenience me with my license which if lost will result in loosing my lively hood. They claim I should have filed a police report prior to the car being taken without permission which I had no knowledge of in the first place making that impossible. The individual who took the vehicle lives with me I was at work at the time and didn't realize he took the vehicle. I found out once it was wrecked when I was called by the highway patrol, I maintained my insurance and proved to them I did, I am a complete innocent party that Douglas Knight and Associates are trying to squeeze for whatever they can get from me even knowing these facts.

    Mr. ****** owned a vehicle which was at fault for damages totaling over $9.000.00 to my clients insured. The insurance company for Mr. ****** denied coverage for the claim. The **** BMV instituted suspension proceedings against both the driver and the owner. They give all parties an opportunity to clarify their position. Apparently, Mr. ****** did not choose to do so. In addition, there is no actual evidence provided by either party concerning permissive use, including but not limited to a stolen vehicle report. The driver of the vehicle, who resides with Mr. ****** and shares the same family name, has offered no compensation nor payment plan. It would appear that Mr. ****** should be aiming his complaint against the person who allegedly stole his vehicle and caused this loss. Below is the last email received from Mr. *****.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They should not have pursued my license in the first place, when they knew I was not the driver, they knew the driver was operating without permission, that's the entire reason the insurance claim was denied. They should not have pursued an order of non-compliance on my license as they were provided with proof of my insurance. They should not have filed for a security suspension as they knew I was not the driver and they knew permission was not given and that Douglas Knights and associates were well aware of this. They waisted my time and the BMV of ****** time with their false proposal. Regardless of the individuals affiliation or relation to me it makes no difference that the driver was an adult who by his own admittance was driving without permission. 4 parties knew this prior. I knew, the highway patrolman knew, the driver knew, the insurance company knew. That's 4 sources stating I was not driving regardless of what sources they validated or did not it does not change the fact. I have every right to lash out at this company when they know they overstepped. 

     

    I have attached the proposed suspension as well as the release of said suspensions. Please note that in both of these proposals. Douglas Knights and Associates were supplied with all necessary proof to show this prior to the attempted suspension.

    I had an accident and was not insured . I was notify by the insurance company to pay . My lawyer advise me to call the insurance company after my court hearings were done . Then I get a call from dougkas knights and they have been nothing but rude right from the start and have told me they will suspend my license .I have been paying 100 a month and have paid almost 1000 and have 1000 left . Now I'm unemployed and I explained that to them. I do not have an issue paying once I'm working again so suspending my license will prolong me getting a job . They have no understanding of what I'm going thru . I would pay if I could so threatening me does not help the matter and then to send me emails and there is another person email that is on the emails that is not me . And I don't like information going to a stranger .

    Ms. ****** arranged to make monthly payments (interest free) for the damages she caused as a result of the uninsured motorist loss with my clients insured. She failed to adhere to the terms of the plan. The same email with which we have communicated with her for the last 9 months is the same one she is referencing. She was advised that failure to adhere to the plan may result in a request to the *** that her driving privileges be suspended per *** guidelines. She has missed 2 out of the last 4 months payments. No threats were made. She was simply advised of the consequences of failing to abide by her Uninsured Motorist Conditional Release.

    I have been getting sporadic calls from an insurance agency about an apartment demage I was not apart of. When I received the call the person was talking about an apartment damage that occurred to apartment 301 and that they wanted to know if I had any renters insurance I replied"no and stated I was not apart of any apartment demage The representative stated she would send me an email and never did then I tried to call the number back it wasnt a working number. Then 3 or 4 months later I get another call from the same insurance place and I stated the same thing to the representative and even gave my boyfriend phone number. Then couple months later I received an harassing email talking about they going to suspend my driving privileges if I dont pay $1663.28. I keep telling them Im not apart of no apartment demage and to contact the person on the lease who also has renters insurance . They have not been calling him and he has NOT received any emails from them. I dont know why I have been harassed by these people I dont live there.

    My neighbor continues year after year to attempted to get money from me and our other neighbor by lying about having property damage caused by our property. My neighbor use attorneys that harass me and our other neighbor by sending threatening letters without proof of the damage that she claims to be caused by my property. Well, Douglas Knight and Associates *** has added their name to the list of attempting top scam me out of money by sending a letter stating that I may be responsible for damage to my neighbor's property without providing any proof and demanding payment.

    Our client, USAA, insures the complainants next door neighbor. Several inspections support that the damages incurred by my client's insured's roof arose from ******************************* property. They have been forwarded to her email for review as well as attached for her review. This is not a "scam", simply a valid attempt to recover damages.

    This company and the people working there are awful!! ********************* is the person we had the displeasure of dealing with. It started out with this company sending threatening letters due to an accident my husband was involved in.. we did not know the owner of the vehicle he was driving had failed to keep car insurance on it but somehow according to ***** that was my husbands fault. When we first received the letter I called ***** and he was extremely rude going on about how we tried to hide my husband so he didnt have to pay when we in fact did not. They had sent correspondence to ******* and we lived in *******. When I told him he was being unprofessional and rude he told me I had ruined things for my husband and they were suspending his license and hung up on me. I called back and when he answered he said so now do you want to talk payments . The threats and scar tatics and harassment went on for years. We just made our final payment and now all of a sudden ***** doesnt want to answer any of my emails on getting some form of documentation showing this debt is paid off. Or a receipt for the final payment.

    seriously? You sent it to an email that doesnt belong to any party in this case. The email ********************* has had for the last 4 years is the email it should have been sent to. That is the email that all correspondence for this matter has gone through you sent that information to his ex wife. Someone that should not have access to any  of my husbands personal affairs.

I have told you three times thats not the right email that email has NEVER been on file I dont care who responded to it it was not ****************** because I AM ******************. You messed up and sent the email to the wrong person. Im done with this complaint I have gotten the payment history sent to the correct email finally.

    This company contacts me about an accident that their client has provided them. They added tons of value to their clients car. Also I was not the driver in the accident and I sent in the paperwork to the state and the person responsible for driving submitted their license number and information. Now they are threatening my license for an accident where I was not even the driver!

    It has been reported that a vehicle owned by ************************* struck our client's insured vehicle. Our client repaired that vehicle and is entitled to demand compensation from **************** for the cost of those damages. No value was "added" to the vehicle. It was inspected by a licensed appraiser and the claim was paid by a licensed adjuster. **************** has failed to provide the name of the person driving her vehicle or insurance on the vehicle in question. We shall proceed accordingly.

    Random call and letter on the same day about a incident that happened a year ago Their info was incorrect. Had completely wrong date of incident and was rude and tried to over talk me on the phone. Plus the amount of unbelievable high and I just don't trust it. Everybody scamming nowadays

    I got into a car accident as of July 25,2022, the car I didnt even hit but was involved by getting hit by the person I rear ended. Theyre Subrogation Specialist- ********************* with Douglas Knight, I gave him a call when I saw the letter just trying to cooperate in paying what I can give so I can just give money for what was done and he asked for more than what I could pay. This was a couple weeks back when I called and he wanted to see paystubs and my info financially. Ive been working, I take care of my grandma but that doesnt help. I cant afford what theyre asking but they just will continue to want just the money. He sent an email just stating there will be legal actions involved and I just feel threaten and I think this is considered harassment on their end. I would like to cooperate with someone else cause I just dont feel the need to call someone thats gonna be rude. Im not sure what to do at this point, ** on my own right now and this is a big situation and Im stuck. I just feel disrespected.

    I've been trying my best to work with the company to get my bill paid off. By far the most unprofessional group of people I have had to deal with. Your site reads "highly professional staff" and I have yet to receive that either over the phone or through email- rude, condescending, threating behavior. 2 months past due and trying to make arrangements to get it caught up and they won't let me. I said I will make the payment on September 1, 2023, of $200 and pay the month of September on the 15th; Then I would be caught up. ******- supervisor as she identified tells me I need to pay the whole balance because she doesn't like the way I'm talking to her and the fact that I'm calling to make a complaint on ***** because she will not accept my payment of $200 on the 1st. She states to me that she doesn't need to provide customer service because that's not her job. It's also not her job to work with anyone on payment arrangements. So instead of helping, ****** and ***** both retaliate against me by placing a suspension on my license and told me I need to pay the remaining balance of 2,***.00 which I don't have. ****** then goes on to tell me she will no longer take my call and she will take my call at tax time when I have the full amount then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. As stated above I am trying to pay my bill and have some type of arrangement in place to make up the past due balance of $200. This is unacceptable and to treat people as such is ridiculous. Moving forward I do not want this company calling my cell, I do not want to deal with ***** or ****** moving forward. I will continue to make my payment of $100 through the portal until its paid off.

    Got overcharged over 4 years ago for $5000 and license suspended. Made arrangement to pay off @ $100 per month, never missed a payment or late. Down to last payment and received nasty email threatening to suspend my license again even though it`s nowhere near due. I think it`s very unprofessional and shows the type of business this really is.
