This company knowingly violated clickworker terms and conditions under my name and I was uninformed of this. Randomly I was sent an email from the owner and thereforeckworker account was being shut down and therefore my monthly payments of $60 would discontinue. They stated there was no real reason given for the account closure.

We initially sent the credentials to ************************** on April 4th, as this was the primary email address on record. After receiving a notification of a full inbox, we redirected the credentials on April 5th to ************************* an alternate email that ******* had previously used for communications with us since early 2023. We were not aware that she had discontinued using this email. We will now send the credentials to the email address she provided in her recent response. Please be assured of our dedication to fulfilling her information request.
