I am a 100% DAV (Disabled Veteran), US ARMY Infantry, Vietnam War 1972-74. My wife has osteoporosis and we needed a new smoother riding golf cart. Our Club Car Precedent vibrated terribly and couldn't keep an alignment. It was 10 years old and we knew it was time to get a new one. We sold our 2010 Club Car and after thoroughly searching the market for a new brand that's better for my physical disabilities as well as my wife's condition. And one that has style and features we wanted we decided on your Star Sirius EV model at Sun City Golf Carts, 1605 Sun City Center Plaza, Sun City Center, Florida. Owner is Barry Klawans (Since Sold to Custom Carts of Sarasorta, LLC in Bradenton & Barry Klawans stayed on as the GM). The new cart was substantially more expensive than the competition; but we liked the looks, features and benefits as described in Star's brochures, website videos as well as Barry's presentation & warranty. This was on January 9, 2020 and we decided to buy the cart. We took delivery on January 17, 2020 w/o the curtains which they had to order. And 6 weeks later approximately they were installed perfectly. This is a very good looking cart & features that we get many compliments on; but it bounces & vibrates terribly. We have at least 5 of our friends who have bought one from Sun City Golf Carts that I recommended but no longer recommend this Star brand cart or the dealer. We have made numerous attempts to get it to drive smoothly but they can't seem to fix it and have many excuses. We can't sell or trade it because of the problems with severe wobble side to side and vibrations up/down & they know the reason we want to sell it. My wife loves the looks but refuses to use it. She wants it gone due to the rough & unsafe ride! Plus, the noise of metal screeching! The timeline continues as of this date back to January 9, 2020. We have videos to prove it's a bad vehicle mechanically, tires etc. We have well documented this problem.
