    I was referred to this eye doc to get my eye fixed it took over a month to get the app. I went on time and they said we dont have the insurance approval. I called my doc and the insurance company they both said they faxed it to them three more times. They said we dont have it, I said I will pay you myself just fix my eye I been waiting a month to get something out of my eye. They came back and said we cant do self pay. Then they come back and said you have the wrong doctor but the right location, I said I did not pick the doc you did so just get me in then. They would not even look at me they want another app. who knows how far down the line. I had to miss a court date as a witness and drive 30 miles in traffic to make this app. that they would not even do

    I had laser surgery when they were ******* Eye Surgery. I had a follow up scheduled and much to my surprise when I arrived for the follow up I was told the doctor who performed the laser surgery was not in that day. What they should have told me was that doctor who performed the laser surgery was no longer working there since the practice was now the FL Eye Specialists and Cat Inst *******..They arranged for a different doctor to handle the appointment. The doctor who saw me thought I was there for cataract treatment. I do not have cataracts.To make matters worse, they had no record of my laser surgery!When I refused to be treated for cataracts the doctor acknowledged that they had made an error and said he would cancel the appointment. He told the clerical staff not to charge me for this appointment.SEVEN months later I received a bill for the appointment. Despite all my efforts to get them to honor their commitment not to charge me they refused to do so. They claimed that I was treated, and even went so far as to file a claim with my insurance company.
