I made a purchase for some pills on March 25 2024, for $199.00 and then they charge me another $60. and then on the 26 Apr 2024 they charge me another $199.00 . and send me another package, I then Call the company on April 29 2024 and told then to cancel the order. and then they said once I receive the package to call and then they would send me the return instructions , which I did and then return the package. . from that point i did not receive any refund or any emails. I call back August 24. 2024 , and talk to a lady for about 1 hour, then she told me I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. which now is over 25 days, I tried to call the number i used before *********** that did not work..Initial Complaint

I ordered the Keto+acv gummies from the company Anatomy one. I though these were the ones for weight loss. The gummies in the bottles are fake, this is a scam. I read information about the gummies and I said ok I will order them. They said you will get 3 bottles and a bonus fat blocker ( or something for free) the price was ******. I had no ideal that my account would be charged another ****** the following month. I did not receive any product the second month. This company is a scam, you do not loose any weight, because the gummies are the candy gummies you buy in the candy store. I closed my account with the bank and disputed the charges. The phone number I have is ************ or ************ located in *******. I tried to look this company up on the web sight, it does not come up, instead it says warning virus close your web. I bought skin tag remover and a cream from this company in Feb. 2024. $199.99 and $60.00. Doesnt work. I used my debit card to pay that comes out from my credit union.. On May 15, 2024 I see $199.99 has been taken out from my credit union account again. I did not authorize this shipment of more of this product. I try and call several attempts, finally get to talk to a person. They say its automatic shipment for this product quarterly. I say cancel and I want no more shipments. **************** person says they canceled it. I also ask for refund for the current charge, $199.99. I have not even received this shipment and they say they dont give refunds. Their ad says satisfaction guaranteed. But yet they will not refund the $199.99. I did not authorize this second shipment. Id like my $199.99 put back in my credit union account. And when and if I receive this second shipment I will sent it back to them. I did receive and email that day saying they canceled automatic shipments of this product.Initial Complaint

I ordered **********'s on October 18,2022 from Bio-Lyfe online. Order # ***D8BA6C6. When delivered I had two separate orders processed in separate bags. They also contained detox bottles that I did not order. At that time, I called Support and questioned the two orders and detox bottles. I was told I ordered two times. Being discouraged and frustrated I told him (*****) I wanted to return all Items. I had not taken the plastic wrap off any of the bottles. I was charged ****** each.We discussed how to return, and he emailed me the information. On November 01, 2022, I sent back by **** per instructions. Return Order #EE84A51AA3. I used the tracking # provided by **** and found out they had been delivered.Today I was looking over my last year's credit card statements and realized I didn't receive the refund. I tried their website and couldn't connect, and BBB showed up. I did call #************ and talked to ******. She was able to bring up my past purchase. Explained my situation and when asked about the refund she stated no refund was given due to the account did not show a return. I stated to her that **** recorded it was delivered. They did not have a record of that and there was nothing they could do at this time. I got the feeling that there is poor communication between the return area and costumer accounts section. She gave me a reference #***D8VA6C6.I realize my complaint is over a year and a good chance nothing can be done. My moms information was recently compromised and we got a random charge for a company called BioLyfe or Biolife something like that. We have never heard of this company and they tried to charge her debit and credit card number at the same time. Then we received a package with all sorts of biotin and mail supplements, we never ordered this, and I believe my mom to be a victim of fraud. The company on the package is through super ship, but I believe the name of the company is under biolyfe who is tricking people into signing up for free trials and then charging them a subscription fee hidden in the terms and conditions. I know all about the scam and its legality but we didnt order this, which means our information was stolen online and trying to funnel money by having a fulfillment company print a different label with a different name than the company that is actually doing the fraud which is BioLyfe . I know the impact you guys have on these shady companies so I hope you guys can get some sort of use from this information. I cannot stand scammers and frauders stealing from people struggling, I will file charges if needed to get these predators off the internet. Thank you guys! I have tried to get a refund, at first because I misunderstood the package chosen. They said it was in process and they can only refund once I receive the product and return it.I was sent an email with a postal label created on 2/27/2024. It is still showing that it is awaiting to be received by the uses. Yesterday, I was told there was an incomplete address. I checked and the original order has a complete address and it is STILL showing "awaiting to be received by the usps."Today, 2/2024, they are telling me that it is in transit. Tracking shows it is still awaiting to be received by usps.I just want a complete refund. No more useless apologies.Initial Complaint

I ordered 1 order of keto gummies. Yesterday, I noted an additional charge at my bank for $199.00. I called the company Biolyfe and they said I signed up for additional shipments. I would never have knowingly purchased anything additional as I had not even received the 1st shipment at that time. Now they say if I return the package being sent that they will refund me 50%. This is a scam! I am returning the package. Why only 50% refund?Initial Complaint

Feb 11 ****. They have a product for sale on Instagram. Buy 3 bottles for $46 get two free. So I clicked on button put my banking info in and hit check out. It brings me to another page that says two bottles for ****** before I can close page I get notification from my bank the have charged me $******. There was a check out button for the ****** I never checked out. I closed page and the emails started with there support. There say I miss understood the advertisement. I checked out for $46 not $******. There saying I checked out on ******. Which I never did. I sent there customer service for a return address for product.
