  I have an 11 x 21 lanai connected to a mobile home that I wanted turned into a storage room with a dehumidifier. Three sides will be replaced with 3 inch composite walls. Two new windows and two new doors will be installed. The contract was signed 10-20-2022. I was informed it would take 6-8 months to complete job. It's been 14 months and job is not complete. Many excuses, "family member sick, not enough help, distributor not sending supplies, permit is being held up". I still need doors and was promised on Sept. 6th that the doors would arrive on Sept. 28. It's Jan. 2 and still no doors. I text PA on 12-11-23 and asked about the doors and the reply was the same (they're on back order). I called on the 12-28-23 and no return call. Drove past their business last week and gate was open and three men we're about to leave. They we're realtors and informed me PA was selling their building. Richard

  due to the declining health myself *************************** owner of Pasco Aluminum & Screening,*** is being relocated as it does not own the property which in fact is being sold. The business does not own the property and is still open, and will be handled remote due to health issues with the daughter and her medical treatments. No return calls have been made due to her health. 

  Pasco Aluminum & Screening, *** does not own property. The ****** project will be completed as well as other projects on the books for this business. estimated time frame for completion of project no later than March 31 if not sooner. I apologize for these delays as we have falling on hard times due to many health issues which is out of my at this time, the project will be completed.

  Signed a contract Nov 2022 and gave the required 50% deposit. Waited for work to start over a year. Owner has passed away.

  We spoke with **************** this morning 12/05/223 and explained the situation, 

  The owner has not passed away, but has been extremely ill, we have no office staff one person trying to handle all business matters. The business does have minimal employees at this time for installations.  The business did give **************** and installation date of the week of January 8th ****. She did understand the situation and was very  understanding.

  On January 26, 2023 I sought out Pasco aluminum and screening company to install new acrylic door and windows in my Lanai. Measurements were taking and the cost was approved by me $4750, A deposit of $2500 what sent on February 17, 2023 it was cashed on 2/22/23, as of today December 2, 2023. Haven’t heard her word from the company, no material whatsoever no labor, nothing numerous of calls to the company, but never was returned went to see the owner or worker at the desk of the company with no satisfaction. I’m still sitting here waiting, I’m aware that said company never put in a work order for the county to be approved. It’s going on nine months since my deposit I do not recommend this company. also, I’m looking for a refund of my $2500.

  At this time the owner has declined in health, Pasco Aluminum will be transitioning down due to lack of staff/employees. The customers deposit be refunded. At this time they do not have a time frame on the refund but the customer will be contacted as soon as deposit will be refunded, we apologize for this inconvenience of unforeseen circumstances.

  Our resort contracted Pasco Aluminum in Feb of 2023. They were paid 2 instalments totaling $16,975.00. They showed up to start install, when we asked for the permits to be posted we started getting the run around. After several phone calls and emails Pasco Alum. finally got the permits required for the job. Months later. The costs of the permits were included in our original contract.As of 9/20/2023 we still have not had no response as to when the install will take place. No phone calls have been returned. We had been told one excuse after another in previous months as to why they could not complete the work. Very dissatisfied with this company and lack of professionalism.

  We did contract with the resort,

  We do have the permit, we did not have a survey for the project. We did draw up several for the county to approve this did take several months for this to be accepted for this project. Once the county approved the survey we where able to obtain the permit for this project. The owner has become ill and we have tried our best to maintain things while he has been ill, He does apologize for the delay and will do our very best to complete this project to the customers satisfaction. We are down to one office staff and trying to stay on top of all the projects. I do realize these sound like excuses,  Again we do apologize for this.
