    I donated whole blood to Life South Community blood drive on 8/12/24 at Tractor Supply in *********, ** being promised a $20 ******* gift card. I have called a half dozen times and texted customer service and others which have not provided me with a card that is activated please help me

    To whom it may concern,

    This is a response to complaint #********.  The concerns listed in the complaint have been reviewed by our organization.  The individual listed as the complainant received the gift card in question.  We have documentation that the gift card was both delivered via email and redeemed. Gift cards are typically sent out within 48 hours of donation and that was the case in this instance.  When ******************** called to say he never received it, our staff worked with him and the gift card was resent.  It has both been delivered and redeemed as of August 19, 2024.
