We purchased Bib Coveralls and a Jacket from HiVis Supply on 1/4/22. My husband ordered the size he wears and checked it against the chart they provided online. When the order arrived on 1/7/22 to his surprise they were too tight. No where on their site does it state their items run small. We reached out to their customer service and was given a RMA to return it, but they are requiring us to pay the shipping to return the items to them. I do not feel that we should have to pay for their error!! I am asking for them to provide a return shipping label or reimburse the cost to ship it back to them!Business response

I have emailed with the customer and the situation has been rectified. I have provided her with a return label, and once we receive the item back that was sized incorrectly, we will be reviewing the product in comparison to our sizing chart to ensure we have the most up to date information, and also providing the customer with a full refund. This is a matter that we rarely experience, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our customer. It is always our #1 goal to make certain that our customers feel valued and do not feel like they are left having to resolve an issue themselves. We greatly appreciate ******* giving us the opportunity to make this right.
