Back in June of 2021, Builders FirstSource in Bunnell had windows installed in my home. Our builder, Skyway Builders contracted with them for all our windows. During installation, one of the garage windows was damaged. Also, the glazing was never installed on our 3 dining windows. The closed glass is a safety hazard. The builder has repeatedly reached out by phone and in person to this business, but to date there has not been a resolution to the problems. It has been nearly one year that these were installed and we are still waiting for a response and resolution for the damage.Business response

Good afternoon *****
I wanted to follow up from our conversation last week. Our customer on this project is Skyway Builders not ******** ******. When notified of the concerns on the jobsite we ordered the necessary parts to complete. We went out to the job Friday, 5/20/2022 and installed the glazing bead, which covers the exposed edges of the glass. We spoke with the homeowner as well and let them know that the replacement glass is on order and will be to us in the middle of June. Once received we will schedule replacement.
