    Still waiting for replacement of our glass they installed with a huge defect -a gouge- in it. Bill (owner) says the representative for Lawler need to see it, several months later (and MANY phone calls) the rep comes with Bill, it's been months again and still nothing. We started this in 2021, its nearly the end of 2023. My biggest regret was not holding final payment until we were satisfied. We've never received such a runaround from a business before. Paid a LOT of money for a window with a huge scratch in it. Basically they never finished the job.

    Buyer beware. Do not fall for the owner's **. Shaddy business practice, shoddy work and a Total lack of integrity to make things right to repair the mess left behind. After many calls, idle promises and excuses to make good by Bill on repair of damaged frames, we are left with a mess on our hands. Wish we would have read previous reviews before going with this company.

    We had a large double slider and a regular slider for bedroom installed In March2020. Both sets of doors were off by about 1/2" and the doors do not seal shut. Humidity, air and noise leaks into the condo constantly. We have been told for a year and half that the correct panels are coming bet they never do. Now i am getting no response from this business and also the company that makes the doors (Lawson). We have to tape shut the seams of the doors to stop some of the humidity coming in. We had to install a commercial dehumidifier to keep up with the moisture. We have had MOLD all over our condo prior to dehumidifier install. The AC and regular dehumidifier could not keep up with the amount of moisture coming in (we are beachfront) I got very sick from this and don't want that to happen again. They need to fix this or refund the money paid for the doors. Waiting 1 1/2 years for the panels!
