My parents got flood along with 19 other units back in 9-28-22 hurricane ***. The other condo association had FEMA come out to check all the units. My 85 yr old parents lost everything. That all we knew the association said they will take care of it. Well in Oct - Nov they had German ************************************* come out they were ripping the places bad, so I contact the assoc, they said I can stop them and do our own work so we did, plus i needed to get my parents back home. Well they got rid of the old condo association. The board hired Coastal Association Services ********** **, they took over April 1 2023, they haven't had 1 meeting with us, they are to have meeting with the home owners nothing and its Dec 2023. They said we got money from FEMA, on my papers we got from the condo says ********* after there figures from XACTIMATE my parents got *********. They kept *********. This is FEMA money that we were to get but they said they had to do XACTIMATE and they are to keep some money from all the units.. I was told we would get ******. i get a check for ********* Mean while they also kept anothe ********* from us said they will give it to us for our front doors a,d sliders that got damage from hurrican. Are they allow to keep our money from FEMA for them self? We can talk to anyone they only email us with excuses. They are abusing the older people. Now they sent us a email on 11-23-23 for a zoom meeting for the budget now they are saying the home owners are not allow on this meeting. I want my money back and why are they allow to do XACTIMATE ON FEEMA MONEY.. They also gave us a drop box for our receipts to send them to see if we can get our money that is due to us for what we paid out to move my parents back in. Plus my dad had a heart attack from this stress in Jan 2023. Thank You *******************.
