    Our home was severely flooded by hurricane *** causing such damage that all doors, flooring, drywall and appliances to be replaced. We ordered all of the replacement product from ****** including doors and appliances. ****** contracts their delivery of said items through All Around Quality Services Inc., who damaged a brand new front door by a large scratch into the factory painted finish while delivering appliances. The damage was witnessed and documented, in February - March 2023. We have communicated with ****** and All Around Quality Services Inc., ****** is faulting the contractor and is not accepting any responsibility. All Around Quality Services Inc., denies the claim through falsehoods and misrepresentation. We are simply seeking a replacement of door, which I will install, and return the damaged door to ****** for them to re-sell.
