    Poor customer service. Their office failed to get back to me for 4 months regarding a problem with my crown. I pay for dental insurance and was entitled to $495 toward a new crown. First they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get an answer. That would have been in October but never called me back. The first appointment was 8/28/24. When I called them in November, they said that they did not hear back yet so she said they would contact the insurer again. That is when I called Aetna and the following week they sent me a Predetermination report in an email. When they called to confirm my cleaning appointment for December 10th, they said that they still had not heard back. I told her that I had received my report, and she told me to bring my copy to my cleaning appointment. At my cleaning they made a copy of my report and said that they would need to get more info. At my cleaning I voiced my displeasure because now it was December 10 and there probably wasn't enough time to get it fixed. My hygienist agreed and said "yes we are closed after December 20 and that there was not enough time to fix it". That is when they sent me a review email and I left a bad review. I was then email by their office manager who said that the doctor could have fixed my crown, but I had declined the treatment plan. I emailed back that no treatment plan was offered but I could come in today or any other day. She told me that it was too late now. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told that he could not speak to me because he was too busy. I told her that I was coming to the office to speak to him, She emailed me that the doctor said that I should go elsewhere for treatment. The following week I received a letter from the doctor saying the same thing. I hate being lied to! Why couldn't they just accept responsibility for not getting back to me in time. I think that they owe me that $495 benefit that I could not use.

    Hello Mr. ******************* received your review, however I am unable to locate your file in our system. I also looked on the schedule for 12/10/2024, and do not see that you had an appointment. Can you provide the address of the office please, and we will look into this further.
