    On 9/13/23 a technician from this company came to fix our garage doors that were not functioning; he stayed one hour and charged me $478 based on "materials and labor". I paid by check. On 9/14/23 I received an email invoice a charge of $195 sales/service, $195 resetting of opener settings/limits, and $59 service fee. I called ************ and spoke with a 'manage' ***** who reviewed the invoice with me, told me I had been overcharged $195 plus the $59 service charge for a total of $254. He told me he would be putting a check in the mail the next day. He did not. In addition, two days after the tech left the problem returned; it still is not working.I have been calling 2-3 times a week ( both the 877 number and another number- ************) to tell them I have not received the check; each time I am told ***** is in a meeting and will call me back. He has not.

    On 6/28/2022 I contacted Mr. ********************** Garage ************ to have an estimate done due to damage on my garage door. A technician arrived and after an estimate was completed he charged my credit card ****** and stated that he would return in 2 weeks to complete the work. In mid July I contacted this company and got the run around with promises that someone from the office would return my call to tell me when someone would be out to complete the work. Nobody ever called and Never received an email. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the ****** was returned on 9/9/22. On October 4th 2022 Mr. *** It Garage charged my card again for ****** and told my credit card company that services were rendered. This is completely false. I never received any services or a completed invoice for work to be done. I contacted my credit card company again; requested another invesitigation to be done but they are telling me my debt is valid. I am making a formal complaint due to fraudulent services.

    Sept 12, 2022 A repair man from Mr. Fix-it Garage Door A2Z came to replace the garage door opener on the outside of the garage door. He took off the old one and replaced the opener and gave me two new clickers and changed the code for the door. He charged me $****** which I paid by check. I was in shock. I am a widow, live alone and am 81 and suffering from back & hip operations. My neighbor said I could have bought a replacement from Hope ***** or Lowes for $40.00. He was to send me a receipt through my email but never did. I tried to call him but no one answers and they do not give their name.This is elderly fraud by taking advantage of an old lady who has to have her garage closed for safety sake. Please help me get my money back. Paid ****** check # *** Sept 12, 2022 Cashed and paid on 9/15/22 bank Navy ******************** ************ Thank you, *************************
