      I contracted **** ***** to remove/repair and replace the exterior side wall, paint the entire house, decks, railings and steps. He painted 3/4 of the house and never repaired the wall or finished painting. I paid **** a deposit of $8,000.00 and a second installment of $3,000.00. He tried to get an additional $3,500.00 from me to finish the work. I told him I needed the work completed and I would give him $1,000.00 additional and no more. He agreed but never came back. I told him I would call a lawyer if he didn't finish and he said "Do what you want to do" I am not coming back. I have all the documents, contracts and receipts along with his text messages.
