After Hurricane *** (2022), I hired this company to rescreen my entire pool cage due to storm damage. I paid them $5802. for the work. I was given a 12 month warranty by the owners son at the time of payment on 12/16/22. On March 20th , 2023 I attempted to contact the business by phone for a warranty repair due to multiple screens that had loosed up due to poor workmanship. The phone went to voicemail and I left a message. On March 23rd after not getting a call back, I emailed the company with the same complaint as left in the voicemail. On April 3, 2023, *** Pelletier reached out to me Via text message from the phone number which I previously called on March 20th saying that she was working on behalf of the owner that week trying to get his messages and emails caught up. *** advised that she would talk to the owner that night and let me know when they would send someone out for the repairs. On May 15th, 2023, 5 weeks later, I again texted the business phone number requesting the warranty repair be done. I have not heard back from the company by phone, text, or email. Todays date is September 25th 2023. It has been more than six months since I reached out to the business to repair the poor work that was done.

********* and Sons had reached out quickly AFTER the BBB made contact with them. They have since made the necessary repairs because of that BBB contact. Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter.
