My name is **** ******** and husband ***** ******. We attempted to buy a car and backed out because my experience from the beginning was bad. The car had check engine light on so it was sent to mini to be fixed. we were told the day we were going to purchase it that they would send it over and call us the next day. Our Sales men told us he would take care of it (***********) and call us next day to come pick it up. The sales team nor anybody never called us. **** the finance manager told us as well he would call us and nothing. so we backed out cause we didnt have a good experience. Then the following week we were told by the bank that we didnt need to go to the dealer, that the dealership would do it. Now we came all the way to the dealer. 45 min away. and they are telling us that it takes a couple days to unwind the deal. After all day getting hung up on and transferred to voicemails and not connected to anyone just hung up on. The staff is horrible there and our salesmen doesnt care and should be taught better customer service as well as all the staff. i would never buy another car from them and i will be posting on internet as well.

***** *** ******* ******. We arrived to the Kia dealership on Saturday with intentions of looking for a vehicle. We were greeted by Harley and treated amazingly by him! We found a car we liked and began negotiating the deal! It turned out that car was not going to work for us, so they found us a used vehicle a 2023 Kia sportage that would work for us. We addressed some cosmetic issues with the vehicle and it was taken back to service. In the meantime the deal continued to be processed and my husband Jason signed all of the paperwork and gave the $500 deposit and within minutes was told that the vehicle had a safety issue and could not be taken off the lot. Charlie the finance guy reassured us that he would reach out to us by midday on 03/17 with the result of this vehicle or a different vehicle. After going back and forth with no response all morning I went to the dealership at 1:30 pm. Quite a bit passed midday. Harley met me and walked me back to the finance office where I was met by Charlie and a finance guy. They then proceeded to tell me that the car we had already signed for and put a deposit on was not doable. That they needed time to find me another vehicle or just refund our money for the deposit. He then proceeded to tell me that this was not there fault and that they were doing the best they could to help us. When I proceeded to ask to speak with the general manager he basically told me we were done since I am at that point and that he could refund my money. Offering no remorse or anyway to fix the situation. He became extremely passive aggressive with me and treated me like trash! Because we did not have a perfect credit score or tons a cash down we were not worth his time! I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years and have never had a dealership treat me they they did! I even purchased a Kia from Fusilli Kia back and 2012 with no issues which is why I chose to go there. This was the worst experience I ever had! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KIA of cc

Went to the dealer to buy out my leased car at the end of the 36 months: after calling them multiple times, I finally got an appointment, brought my checkbook with me and they told me that the new owner doesn’t do buyouts anymore: only choice I had was to finance the remaining amount with their finance dept and pay it out in 6 months. I walked away, went to Galeana Kia and THEY wanted to charge me $950 dealer fee for closing the lease account and pay the car off - Finally went to AIRPORT KIA and they were really nice and charged me nothing to do everything: the sales rep Jarred was so polite and correct, I was really impressed. Will definitely never going back to Kia of Cape Coral, never!

called and inquired about a car listed in their inventory to set an appointment to see. The next day the cost of the vehicle increased $2000. Ask for an explanation for the price increase and was given a run around and never received an answer. All they wanted to know was when did I want to come in and see the vehicle. A few days later I get an email from another associate asking why I have not contacted them. Their are many dealerships in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area that will provide professional respectful service, but not this one. (read the continuously growing list of complaints and reviews.)

Brought in my brand new 2023 *** *** to be looked at because the passenger window was loose, had an appointment, 3 hours later it had still not been looked at so I decided to come back another day, the service department said to come when they first open at 7am, so I made a new appointment for 7am a few weeks later, I was the third car there, when they opened the garage, employee came out to me and I explained the situation, I also had a new issue that began last week, my washer fluid had stopped dispensing, he told me it would be $180 for them to run a diagnosis for each issue that was occurring to see if it would be under warranty or not, if it was not then I would responsible to pay for the repairs and the diagnostic fees, I had already drove here twice at this point so I took the ****** and agreed. He then advised me that there was a service due at **** miles, mind you the *** *********** schedule on the car and the app says the first service is due at 7500-8000 miles, my car only has **** at this time, he said not to go by what the *********** schedule says or the vehicle or the app, because we live in *******, the harsh conditions on the vehicle means it should be changed sooner and if I did not have it done now he would note it in my account that I declined getting the vehicle serviced therefore the warranty would be voided and none of this work would be covered, he advised the service would be $203 I agreed at this point because I needed the warranty work done and I had a coupon since some point soon it would need to be done anyways. I signed the papers and sat in their uncomfortable waiting room which consists of wood chairs and tables. It took around 2 hours until he came to me and told me that apparently RainX caused the washer fl pump to clog supposedly this is a known issue for *** but does anyone tell their customers that or perhaps maybe put a sticker on the container saying not to put RainX in it.

*BUYER BEWARE*Do not purchase a vehicle from Kia of Cape Coral!??They took over 2 weeks to payoff our trade-in. (I had to call and threaten legal action)??They never did an inspection on the used vehicle we purchased. ??And today we find out that they retired our tag, never advised us and never gave a new tag. Although that HUGE guy was annoying, at least he knew how to run a business. These new owners are incompetent at best. Only reason we went there is because they had the Gladiator we wanted. Hindsight is 20/20. Hoping to help the next person to not have the horrible experience we did.

These people are so ********* Do not buy a car from these idiots. Just look at their advertising. Looks like they're trying to attract kids instead of getting people with money to listen to their commercials. If they are no smarter than annoying the people that have money then they should not earn your trust in selling you a car. They are idiots. Just listen to their commercials

About a month ago I replaced the battery with an aftermarket battery from autozone. The vehicle broke down one day as I was driving and I was not able to start the car. All of the lights came on the dashboard (check engine, etc). I had the vehicle towed to Kia of Cape Coral to see what the issue was. I was informed by ***** that the battery was the wrong size and needed to be replaced. I asked numerous times if anything appeared to be damaged, the alternator etc. I was told everything appeared to be running fine. 4 days after the battery replacement by Kia of Cape Coral my vehicle broke down again. I checked under the hood and the battery posts were completely loose and the tow driver can attest to that. I had to tow the vehicle again to kia of Cape Coral and was told my alternator was dead, the cable to the battery was fried, and they quoted me $2000 to replace the alternator. Then they wanted to charge $180 for running the diagnostic and told me they were cutting me a break by charging me only $107 for the diagnostic. And magically after I left the posts were tight again. They tighten the post to cover themselves. At this point I can't prove anything but I strongly believe this was due to their service techs. After 4 days of them changing the battery and telling me the alternator is running fine, my alternator is dead and the cable is fried. I'm sure any logical person can see where my rationale is coming from in believing this was their service tech's doing. This has been extremely unhelpful and now I am out of close to $500+ for the new battery and diagnostic tests not to mention tow fees. These are the facts, I brought the vehicle, was told to replace the battery, the alternator is fine, 4 days later and maybe only using the vehicle 2 or 3 times, the alternator is dead and my battery cable is fried. I am then quoted $2,000 for a new alternator. This seems like a scam.

Deceptive and took advantage of my desperate situation. ***** it, I should have paid better attention to such smooth operators and carefully read everything before signing instead of trusting what they were verbally telling me. My salesperson told me a price of $27,750 "tax, tag and title out the door" then charged me $28,581.00 for the car before all the other costs (tax, tag and title etc.) on the finance papers. Had this very car (not one like it - same *** #) advertised on their KIA *** site for $22,387.00 This car sold brand new in 2020 for $26,000.00 without the ****** miles and the "Accident " which I was sent the copy of the carfax report two days (via email on a Sunday morning) after purchasing the car. This car costs me $30,000 (w/o extra warranty fees etc)Tried to talk to Sales Manager who was an arrogant and obnoxious person who met me with closed ears and answered everything with "how would I know, I wasnt there". When I told him that he had this car on their ***site advertised for $8,000.00 less than they charged me and should him a screenshot of it. His ignorant response was, How do I know thats the car you bought?" I responded, "Look at the *** number." Obviously he had no intent to offer any kind of customer satisfaction. He did offer to take the car back, but for much less than I took it off the lot for just a couple of days prior. 422,

I just had my oil changed in my 2022 kia Soul and it cost me $105 with a $20 coupon. That service department is a RIP OFF.
