This company will rob you! You know the saying you get what you pay for...Well that's not the case for this company. I was paying $205 a month for weekly service. They missed some weeks servicing my pool and I never saw a credit. My pool is new, so all equipment is under warranty. They try and sell you everything, even when not needed. They are not trustworthy! Even their own ***************************** techs will inform you on this. They were great! Unfortunately, they dont get to make any decisions. The office is horrible! They have not had an answer for any one of my questions when I call in. However, they say they will get back with me. Again, never has this happened. They have no problem calling, texting, and emailing you every other day to approve quotes sent but never to call and resolve real issues. Charged me $195 to come out and tell me something is broken. When the day before the maintenance tech had already showed me and explained. This part is under warranty. When called in and asked them why they are charging me for something I already knew the lady then informed me they don't do warranty work and made up some mumbo jumbo as to why we were charged. She didn't like what I had to say and started screaming at me then hung up. Very unprofessional. Problems are still left unresolved. They do not honor their work. Stay away!

Charged me 300.00 dollars to fix a leaking pool pump/motor and when the technician left the pump was still leaking water. 150.00 to come over to see the problem and then another 150.00 to try to fix the leaking pump. Horrible company!!!

Treats employees poorly, over worked and under paid. Branch manager on a power trip towards employees. Massive employee turn over rate (20+a yr) Loosing customers due to poor management and communication with customers. Don't waste your time trying to call and talk to someone, leaving a voicemail is pointless as well because no one will ever call you back. How they "train" their service techs is inefficient and speedy, half their guys are clueless on what their actual doing.Go find yourself a different pool company to service your pool or to work for.
