  I would give a negative star if possible. I have contacted ************************* multiple times (since May 2023) for ****** to fix the horrible job he and his son did at my home and guarantee their work. He has scheduled with me 7 times and has not shown up yet! I have been extremely patient with his multiple excuses and am seeking to get the quality job I was promised and guaranteed. I have videos from my cameras and photos that prove the poor workmanship. He will not stand by his work or fix his problems. I have documented each and every time I have reached out to resolve this and he has yet to follow through with his promised guarantees.

  I contracted with Xtreme Paver Solutions to clean, sand, and seal the pavers on my lanai/pool deck. I learned about this company though our local coupon mailer so I thought they would be good to include with the other companies providing estimates. After several changes to the appointment Andres Z came out for the estimate. I found it a bit odd that he drove an enormous box truck from Cape Coral to Port Charlotte just to do an estimate, as he was not with a crew and was not dressed to do work (the relevance of this point will soon come clear). When I did a further review of the vendors, I noticed there we no reviews at all for Xtreme Pavers referencing Andres but rather they referred to a guy named David. I reached out to David and he explained that Andres was not reputable and that he was in the legal process to stop Andres from operating under his business’s name. He really seemed legit and I approved the work. So David came out on 2-20-23 to do the work and I was stunned to see him drive up in the same box truck Andres drove! I should have sent him away but I thought, with all the hurricane Ian distrust I had built up with vendors, perhaps I was over-sensitive so I let him do the work. But I did watch very closely! He did a good job cleaning the pavers but when he starting sealing the pavers I stopped him and reminded him he needed to add sand. He said it was his opinion that I did not need sand but, after a long “discussion” where I showed him many areas where a ruler dropped an inch and more down between the pavers, he agreed to come back on 2-23-23 to finish the job. Stupid me I trusted him and made the HUGE mistake of paying him for the work! Once the check cleared, David never showed up to finish the work and my calls go directly to voicemail. These guys are in cahootz with one another and I fell for the ruse. If writing this LONG review saves even 1 person from working with these CROOKS then it is well worth the time.
