    I am really surprised at the 2 bad reviews listed here. We have been renting from BMI since 2015, in **********, sometimes twice a year or more and have received excellent service, actually we don't rent from any other company. There are no "surprise" charges when you check out and yes, out of the many times we rented, there has been a small issue with a property, but it was taken care of immediately. So I am sorry to hear about the issues the 2 customers have had - that can happen at any vacation rental property.I just wanted to mention all the positive experiences we have had.*************** & **************** (Canada)

    Bad business ethics. Do not waste your money or your time. Bunch of thieves and not very nice when you need something. Find another accredited real estate office that offers vacation homes.
