  Absolutely horrible. Fees, fees, fees everywhere you look fee's! Also don't plan on anyone in this company actually making a scheduled meeting. If you don't care about your property and don't mind extra fees every month, then this is the company for you!

  Hello,I would like to make a big compliment on Rossman Realty Group. I was and I am treated wonderfully. The Property Mgr ********************************** is very kind, very helpful. Everyone else is, including agents ********************* and *****************************.. I'm sorry but I totally disagree as tenant with the previous reviews since my experience is absolutely different with them.

  This company and most of all ************************* lie and alter records to try to cover up their lies. They don't maintain their property and/or they send vendors out,but never approve the work that needs to be done. After 6 months of back and forth about repairs not being completed, **** is now saying I am turning vendors away. My A/C, stove, refrigerator and dish washer has not work properly since I moved in. I have texted, called, emailed and put maint. tickets in.The repairs never get fixed. The temp. in the unit never gets below 82 degrees on hot days. They are altering maintenance request. I have screen shots to prove it. I have legally recorded phone conversations of her lying and saying she didn't know of the on going issues and that I should call her if maintenance is not doing their job. Even though I emails and texts proving she knows. She says in the recording that I should have called. I guess emailing and texting isn't sufficient communication for her. Rossman also charges their tenant for Landlord insurance and refuses to provide proof of the isnurnaxe saying that although we are required to pay it we have no right to any information on the policy because it does not belong to us. The information I have found on a policy they say they have clearly states the tenant can't pay the premiums for the policy, yet they are requiring us to reimburse them for it. They did not bother to clean the dead roaches from the infestation that was obviously here from the previous tenant. I have pictures, screen shots, emails, texts and phone recording that prove Rossman is the true definition of a Slum Lord. Owners should know when they are replacing appliances, the appliances are junk yard appliances that do not work properly. When completing work orders they send a licensed company out to inspect the issue then have ****'s husband who owns E&E maint. come out and fix or replace everything because they don't want to pay a reputable company.
