Let's start off with the fact that I NEVER hired this company. Never spoke to anyone. Several months ago, they came to my house, and without any warning (like a notice of commencement as is required) or posting anything, they proceeded to rip the roof off of my house. I was only on year 5 of a 25 year roof. By the time I got to my house, they had finished ripping out my roof. Of course, they were initially very apologetic and promised to make everything right. Apparently they never verified the address on the contract, so instead of just looking at my house number they started ripping away. They said they would replace my roof and NO COST to me, well, that began a long slide into them asking me to pay for the permits and do the paperwork myself (the answer was a solid no) to asking us to pay for the shingles (again no) , then refusing to repair the skylights which were broken during the reroof, even though every roofer knows the skylights need to be replaced when a roof is replaced. The initial peel and stick was not taken to the edge of the roof leaving large gaps, there were many places where they failed to replace the old felt and the peel and still was not sticking. I have photos to prove all this. They finished without replacing my skylights (they only agreed to replace the flashing, which they did not do anyway) and I informed them that the skylight is already leaking, they wanted **** for replacing the skylights. I told them, they broke them, they needed to replace them. Now, they will not return phone calls or text messages. My roof failed the final inspection due to the fact that it's leaking at the skylight. I would NOT recommend this company at all. I recommend you choose another co. I thought they would do the right thing after such HUGE mistake but they took shortcuts and left me with a very poor roof. They also left my gutters unattached after I had paid for them to be repaired after Hurricane ***, *************** with attorneys at to my next move.
