    Today 6/14/23, I went up to provide my homeowners declaration page to the facility after receiving an email saying I needed to update it. I was rudly greeted by a ***** man who claimed his name was *****. He immediately began rolling his head said it was the wrong paper and continued to ignore my question of when are changing our rate and added this fee your email said since you claim this page is not the right page. I had to ask him at least 4 times and had to demand an answer. The entire conversation he would put his hand up at me as if he was telling me to stop talking and if it were a ****** for us to be in the building. Seems crazy that a paying customer is an incovience. It's not an inconvenience for you to bill us but apparently it is an inconvenience to ask questions. *** never had a bad experience with any other staff but thus one clearly needs some training or should be fired with the attitude he has. How horrible your company treats victims of a deadly hurricane like this. I was keeping the unit I have there because my mother will be moving here but after this I'm not sure. We do not ask for much from a storage unit but attitude and rolling of eyes from an employee when asking a question about an email your company sent is NOT APPROPRIATE OR PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I am requesting the manage address this immediately both with this unprofessional employee they have as well as me. Thank you!
